BBC just announced that the jury decided the match commander Ch Supt David Duckerfield's actions amounted to "gross negligence" due to a breach of his duty of care to fans.

Police errors also added to dangerous situation at the FA Cup semi-final.

The behaviour of the fans did not contribute to the dangerous unfolding at the turnstiles.

At long last justice is done

Yesterday Liverpool beaten Borussia Dortmund in a very dramatic game with 4-3. It started with two goals by Dortmund and Liverpool fought its ways back and gone through to the semi-and final.

The Jury of the longest inquest into the Hillsborough disaster went out on 6 April, 2016 to find a verdict.

Today will be a memorial service at Liverpool's Club for the 96 people lost their lives. At 15.06 the exact time when the Semi-Final was stopped will be a two minutes silence and then the Cathedral will ring out the bells 96 times.

This service was held every year since 1989 but it was now decided it will be the last one since the finish of the inquest starting in 2014 will put a final verdict on the tragedy. But they will never be forgotten.

UPDATED:  17 June,2015  --
A father describes. today, at the inquest, how he tried to rescue his two daughters then he had to make the hard breaking decision whom to be with in their dying moment. It must have haunt him all these years and the governments tried to cover-up; not admitted they refused to open the gates. Even after it resulted into 96 fans' death they called them hooligans and drunkard. It was nothing but lies and smear to cover to cover it up.

UPDATED:  4 August, 2014 -- The current inquest revealed that camera operator Trevor Bichard included in his log the possible "lifesaving" police request to shut the gates to the Lepping Lane terrace at Hillsborough before the disaster. This fact was previously wiped out.  Mr Bichard at first lost his log but found it later. In spite of it he still kept it from the Lord Taylor's statement.

Barristers representing the families of the 96 victims accused Mr Bichard that he lied under orders. He denied the accusation.

The inquest continues and when we receive any new news we will bring it.

UPDATE: 3 April 2014 ---  After all these years the families of the victims managed to break through and got 22 people with allegedly criminal activities.  It took the families 25 years to achieve this.  What must they have gone through; after they lost their love ones and have to bear the grief. 

ON THE 12 April 2014 Liverpool will hold a special seven minutes silence to commemorate the 96 people who had lost their lives in such a tragic and unnecessary way.  It is still unbelievable. 

UPDATE:  23 September 2013 -- New evidence emerged that documents were falsified and statement were forged the most unfortunate announcement was made that Hillsborough fund is running out of donations. This will hamper or even stop the search for the truth and get the police officers into court for alleged cover-up. Of course, they acted under order of the government Margaret Thatcher. May she not rest in peace for what she done to this country and the British people.


UPDATE 9 September, 2012 -- On Wednesday the Government will release the papers kept secret about the disaster. Hopefully it will give the full truth families of the victims are so anguishes waiting for. In the meantime, it revealed, that ambulances were looked out by police which is a very grave and wrong action taken. It was also hoped and demanded that the Prime Minister David Cameron will apologise to the families. It is believed that many of the 96 victims could have been save if given straight away medical treatment. This fact must be terrible to live knowing their son or daughter died due to negligence.

Why is the Hillsborough disaster still a secret? What had the government to hide? At that time it was the Conservative Party led by Margaret Thatcher. However, alternative governments did not disclose the truth either.

We hear so much about democracy not existing in other countries and the West, including the USA, trying to introduce it by backing the ‘freedom fighters’ or ‘rebels’ yet does it exists here? We do have more freedom than some dictatorships but democracy seems sometimes not fully applied.

There are so many incidences where disaster or death struck but the facts were never really fully given. For instance the death of Princess Diana and Dodi in the ‘accident’ in Paris. There are too many unanswered questions to accept it was only an accident.

Another one was Dr Kelly a weapon expert. He died supposedly having cut his own wrist but experts stated that there was too little blood on the ground for him to die of.  This happen at the time of the build-up to a war in Iraq instigated by George Bush and Tony Blaire was roped in. Bush and Blair sworn that Saddam Hussein had weapon of mass destruction. Yet none of them were ever found. Bush and Blair ever stated that they were wrong and apologised. Too many people died and still dying by car bombs.  The West created yet more hatred towards them.

Then there were a number of men working for the MI6 and died under unusual circumstances. Mostly exclaimed with there were women  clothes found in their places in other words they were perverts. The last one was found in a travelling bag, zipped-up and cleverly put into the bath tub. He was very discomposed and fluid was prevented going through the floor with that action. Even expert tried many time to double up and get into the travel bag but couldn’t. Yet, all these death are swept under the floor, hopefully to be forgotten. Yet the families deserve a full explanation.

In 1989 there was an FA foot match in Sheffield. Fire broke out under the stands. In those days there were high metal fences around the pitches because of football hooliganism and pitch invasion. Apparently the gates were also looked and with panic 96 Liverpool fans lost their lives. Up till now the families were not told the full facts of this terrible incident.  The families had to organise a group ‘Justice for the 96 Hillsborough’ to put on pressure. After all these years of battle and heartbreak they were promised to disclose the papers first to the families and then to the public. It supposed happen on 12 September.  Why not there and then? Are they first going through and accumulate which paper to disclose? It looks like that. What have they got to hide?  Even if they done wrong they should have the courage to stand up and disclose it.

THIS WOULD BE A REAL DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT.

UK PM CONTEMPT FOR TAX HAVENS - Updated 3 April,2017

Update 3 April, 2017 New PM May also made great announcements that she will retrieve Taxes from Tax Havens. So far it is estimated it had risen to approx. £90trillion during the last 16 years of Tory's rules. Evidence for another lie.

UPDATE: 26 February, 2015 - Now we can look back and see how much the courageous Prime Minister David Cameron and his crew retrieved. Have a guess.  Tax havens deposits have increased from £20trillion to £39trillion.  He has worked hard to retrieve money? It should have been easy because all Tax haven are British Isles.

UPDATE:  11 December 2013 - Already, announcements were made in the press that the government was not able to retrieve as much as they thought of the money put away in tax haven. The answer to this is that they most properly be all friends of the Conservative Party. Mr Cameron should not have shouted about it but first retrieved taxes and then shout about it. Furthermore his own father-in-law Viscount Astor has an account in Holland.  Mr Cameron could start there and being family would be easier to persuade Viscount Astor to return the unpaid taxes. How dare you laugh? What Cameron will not achieved this? You will be surprised.

You could laugh if it were not so despicable. Mr Cameron criticised several singers and entertainers for moving their money to tax havens. What about the BBC which advises its high earning celebrities to move their money into tax haven

Altogether there were about 1000 people whose earnings added up to £480,000 and it was moved to tax havens which is totally wrong and everyone would agree on that point. One of them is Gary Barlow who has received an OBE but the main point here is that Mr Barlow was a celebrity backer in the 2010 election. Aha, I hear you say another one of Mr Cameron’s wrongly chosen friends. 

Furthermore, Mr Cameron and his ministers emphasized several times during their election campaign that they cracked down on Tax avoidance.

Being confronted with these points at the Mexican summit Mr Cameron replied: “I have had time to read the Jimmy Carr scheme and it looks like straight forward tax avoidance.

“There is nothing wrong with people planning their tax affairs to invest in pension. But some of these schemes are quite frankly morally wrong.” According to his words of nothing being wrong with putting their money into pension at a tax haven such as Jersey would not; it follows on of ordinary people also be entitled to do the same. The taxes would accumulate at quite a rate and they receive a really good pension.

Mr Cameron also told the ITV News: “It is not fair for hard working people who pay their taxes to see these sorts of scams.” A very good answer but why were not these tax havens closed a long time ago. He does speak about his friends who are all top earners and big donors to the Conservative Party. It has been an open secret for a long time that most of the top earners move their money into tax heavens.  Was that the reason why Mr Cameron and his ministers did not follow through their pledge to stop it?

A very fine example and close to Mr Cameron was his own father. Apparently he used offshore investments and made a family fortune, officially £10million. He set up funds in tax havens such as Panama City and Geneva and according to rumours he spoke often about it that they remain outside the tax jurisdiction of the UK.  It is perfectly legal since the Great Margaret Thatcher done another awful thing to Britain and scrapped capital control in 1979. Ian Cameron, father of David Cameron, took advantage that any sum can be taken out of the country without being taxed.

There you are now with so many points contradicting Mr Cameron brave words and his pledge to close the tax havens. Surely he is aware that if he would do it there would be no donations or very little to the Conservative Party and the end of his reign would be near. So why promise?

BRITAIN AXED MILITARY FORCES -- Update 26 Feb., 2015

UPDATE: 26 February, 2015 -- What kind of politic is that? The Government is spending over £30million  on adverts to recruit soldiers, RAF and Navy personnel. These recruits need training which cost additional money while the previously sacked army were fully trained.  This is sheer loony. The axed personnel are most probably still on benefit which is another waste of money.


UPDATE: 1 March 2014 -- In spite of all the redundancy the Government is still planning to axe 1,400 soldiers. Adding to the previous redundancies in the last three years it is adding a great number of unemployed people.  People who have been trained just for a particular job and have no other knowledge will find it hard to get a job especially in a situation of 2.5million unemployment. Yet, the Government make us belief in reducing unemployment.

UPDATE:  25 January 2013  ---  A further redundancy in the Armed Forces had been announced. There will be another 5,300 soldiers lose their job. This will bring down the total to 82,000 and is the lowest for 200 years. Where does the government think they find jobs in a high unemployed market? Most of them will end up as unemployed and receiving benefit. Then the government is surprised when the benefit payments double and treble. What kind of policy is this/

This is now the second time and in a very short time where armed forces being axed. This time about 4,000 personnel of soldiers and officers had lost their job. Quite a number were fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan which was an illegal war started by Mr Bush and involved Mr Blair. It all cost too many lives and didn’t bring peace.

This time it is the RAF and Navy which are mostly losing their men. On the list are six RAF air vice-marshals and 30 group captains.

Overall the RAF are earmarked for 115 squadron leaders

The NAVY will not fare any better with being on the list for five commodore and 15 captains and all together 30,000 Royal Naval personnel.

It was also announced the 500 private and 400 Ghurkhas will receive their redundancy notice. It will especially hit hard the Ghurkhas who fought so willingly and known as the best force in the British Army. They are not allowed to receive British Citizenship and therefore most probably no financial benefits.  This is a disgrace if ever there was one.

In stage three it is the Army which will lose about 20,000 soldiers right across.

There are several points to said about this irresponsibility

The first point which comes to mind is that there is always money available to bail-out countries as well as foreign aids which do nothing but go into the pocket of the various governments.

The second point is the impact of human and military of these job losses. Again most of them fall on social benefit which costs money and does not produce anything.

The third point is that it will reduce Britain to a very low military power. Especially at a moment when there is still Afghanistan fighting going on. The Falklands in danger of being claimed by Argentine, Iraq, Egypt, Libya and Syria are an increasing threat to peace, trade and economy. Hard negotiation over all these dangerous developments will not work if these countries are aware the military force is not there.

The argument by the Coalition that part-time reserve would fill the gap if it comes to the worst is nothing but ludicrous.

A Ministry of Defence spokesman pointed out that the multi-billion deficit has to be reduced.  The plan is to reduce the Army by 82,000 by 2020, Navy and RAF by 5,000

Many of the overworked British Armed Forces applied for redundancy. Their fear of a future in an Armed Force having to work twice is hard of which they are already pushed to total exhaustion being under-staffed already.

On an overall view of the not very clever politics of the present government there are 15,000 policemen lost their job at a time of a crime wave never seen before.

The Olympics is coming up very shortly and the government counter argument to this was that the army would be deployed. On 12 June 2012 -- 4,000 Army personnel and 30,000 Royal Navy personnel lost their job. The Army is still fully deployed in Afghanistan and can’t put down their arms to go back to secure the Olympics safety.

Well let’s hope they know what they doing in practice and not just with statistics and on paper.

The last point is to make that the Ministry of Defence “found” £12billion. What happen to it? This £12billion was sitting there when everything was being paid. Therefore, is the ministry of Defence really in such a high deficit?

  

UK GREAT CHANCELLOR MR OSBORNE REQUEST £140BILLION -- Update 26 Feb., 2015

UPDATE: 26 February, 2015 -- Looking back we can only ask again where did all that money go? People are now starving and rely on 1,000 food banks. loosing their homes every 11 minutes;the refuge centres are being closed down because the councils'budget had been cut so drastically and people living on the street or even caves.

SO WHERE DID THAT MONEY GO?


UPDATE: 25 JANUARY 2013  ---  Where did all that money go? It certainly did not show any improvement in the country or the economy or reduction in the deficit. On the contrary!!!!!

This is a revelation a real revelation. He told the Bank of England to release £140billion.  This is pouring oil into the fire.

Last year he requested £70bilion and there was nothing to heard of afterwards. Now where did that money go? It supposed to be there to either boost small businesses or help starting them up. Just before the end of the year there were rumours that so many small businesses were not given a loan. However, we read every week of massive bonuses being handed out on top huge salaries even when the bank was making losses.

No matter how much the tax payers demanded to stop these bonuses it was never made. The glorious four on the top just kept avoiding the issue. Especially Mr Osborne has made a name for himself for vanishing when it got too close. He now received a nickname “Submarine” because of his constant diving.

Today we read in the papers that he gave the go-ahead of releasing £140billion and all for the same purpose. Now what made him think £140billion will do to the sinking economy what £70billion didn’t do last year?  Furthermore, £140billlion will go the same way as the £70billion went.  So there go the Fat Cats going to get the cream again.

There is still the picture of David Cameron in the opposition when Mr Brown announced he has to borrow at the time of the Credit Crunch and it wasn’t half as much as this Coalition keeps on borrowing. Mr Cameron first of all kept accusing Mr Brown of his failure which wasn’t his doing because the Credit Crunch spread from American across the World. Then he shouted and laughed into the man’s face that he has to borrow. Yes, now the show is on the other foot and a much bigger one, he keeps quiet. To me these are no principles even for a politician who are known for twisting and turning around.

Experts like Graeme Leach who is chief economist at the Institute of Directors, said: “Facing a bombardment from the Eurozone, the Chancellor and Governor are calling up the euro crises  are not eager to borrow.”

The Export has shown a slum in April and so had the construction industry.  Therefore, there is no way anybody increase a loan in those two markets which usual give an indication of economical growth.

Furthermore, due to the great austerity wages have slammed by 7 percent which again has an impact on the economy. It is the biggest drop in wages since the sixties.

Regarding the mortgage section it will also show a drop of demand because many people lost their home by repossessions and due to the low wages will not request a loan.

NOW WE ARE COMING BACK TO THE BIG QUESTION AGAIN.  WHERE WILL THAT MONEY GO?

The Chancellor is lumbering the country constantly with more and more debt which the tax payer will have to bath out for decades. Yet, it is so obvious even to the man in the street that it will not be used for loans to increase production which means increase of job, encourage small businesses, construction industry because there is no demand for houses or starting up new businesses.

After the last £70billion being “poured into the economy” the UK experienced a double-tip recession in the first six months of this year. Since David Cameron was shouting about ‘Transparency’ in his election manifesto can we have some transparency on the £70billion?  

UK PM DAVID CAMERON'S "BIG SOCIETY" - UPDATED 28 Feb., 2015

UPDATE: 28 February, 2015 -- The contribution were made in 2011 and the total of the Party coffers was £114billions.  In the meantime the contributions of around £40million or £50million being made every year. Yet Prime Minister David Cameron and Chancellor George Osborne have the nerve to charge their election campaign to the Treasury, in other words let the hard-up taxpayers pay for it. They found a loophole that if they would visit a manufacturing or producer it would count as Government business. Therefore they visit always a factory wherever they campaign and charge the expenses to the Treasury.

UPDATE: 3 October, 2014 --  Now we, most probably, will not get any further new list of the individual donations on the last Summer Ball since the press was gagged.


UPDATE:   2 August 2013  ---   Yet David Cameron and his party always point at the Labour Party because the Unions are supporting the Labour. These figures had been revealed but will it be the real amounts donated to the Tories?

Now we know what David Cameron is talking about when he mentions the “Big Society”.  However, his real meaning of the "Big Society" was an army of volunteers, workers paid not even the minimum wage at full time and if possible cut a full time job down to half time and given out contracts with no security, holidays payment and pension entitlements. All aimed to get the bankers, manufacturers and financiers even higher salaries and bonuses which they siphon off to a tax-haven to avoid paying taxes into the country where they got their riches from.

All these donations had been made in 2011 and adding up altogether to £83m including many small or smaller donations. Quite a number of these 20 top donors made their fortune in finance. This is again an eye opener why the government will not bring a law out to stop them getting these sky high bonuses or tax them as planned. It was planned for five minutes and then cancelled again.

Now this is definitely the “Big Society”. By now the total of the Conservative Party treasure chest contains a £114billion. Mind you this is the official figure.

GMB leader Paul Kenny said: “It is clear that the wealthy look to the Conservative Party to protect their interests. This is not philanthropy. It is an investment by an elite in an elite to look after their interests.” 

   

Yet it is the Conservative party pointing the finger at the Labour receiving donation which is not even half as much. Don’t have any doubt that these huge donations are there to safeguard winning the next election because it is a factor which can be decisive. Therefore, the voters should not be blinded by pomp and great campaigns for the next election. Hopefully the voters will decide what happened in the following-up years and vote accordingly.

It is disgusting that these big spenders could not put there hands into their pockets to support the NHS and pensioners. It is a disgrace.

THIS IS THE REAL “BIG SOCIETY” AND WE ARE DEFINITLY NOT IN THERE TOGETHER.

NOTHING BUT EMPTY AND SHALLOW WORDS FROM THE PRIME MINISTER DAVID CAMERON WHILE HE LOOKS AFTER HIS OWN.

IT  NEVER  WAS  SO  OBVIOUS.

UK GOVERNMENT CUTS PENSIONERS' PRIVILEGES

This is now the last and lowest trick planned by any government. David Cameron, Nick Clegg and George Osborne plan to stop the free bus pass for Pensioners. Cutting down on the winter heating supplement which helps hard-up pensioners not to freeze to death which was the case before. Not to speak of the already so-called Granny tax which George Osborne introduced in his last Budget.

All this is really disgraceful to go so far and cut the very few little extras pensioners have.

From a start, if he stops the free bus pass does he not realize that all there will be pensioners not using the transport. Therefore he will not have any extra money or not that much because a pensioner cannot pay £2.20 one way fare and with coming back it will be £4.40. This is if you can go straight. If you have to change buses it will cost your twice as much. Now no pensioner can afford that and they only end up sitting at home. The other point is that these free bus passes are only used during the day when busses are practically empty.

Now the next point of cutting down or completely stopping is the winter fuel supplement. This will increase the risk of old people dying of cold and it was the reason for introducing the winter fuel supplement. Of course, our glorious top three they will not know what hardship is. All their life they lived off the fat of the land.

Let me point out something to these great 'gentlemen' who make one mess after another. Today’s generation of pensioners have fought for this country and endured great hardship because of the rationing. They should be getting all the comfort in their old ages because if they don’t deserve who will? They should be treated with the greatest respect because if they didn’t do what they done for Britain these three great 'gentlemen' wouldn’t be where they are. So how dare they treat pensioners like that? Knowing very well that they can't fight back with strikes and therefore have to take what is handed out to them.

At one stage not so long ago it was mentioned to tax bonuses which those fat cats undeservedly get. The suggestion didn’t last five minute and it was wiped off their plan. If they had gone through with there would have received some real billions of money. However, it would have cut their friends even so they wouldn’t even miss it. So why not go back to this point Mr Cameron, Mr Clegg and Mr Osborne. No, instead Mr Osborne even reduced the level of taxes to top earners. It was reduced from 50p, which Mr Brown introduced, to 45p and Mr Osborne made straightaway a promise to reduce it to 40p.

JOBLESS PEOPLE GOT BAD TREATMENT -- Updated 20 June, 2014

UPDATED:  20 June 2014 -  it would be interesting to find out how many jobless people did get a job after they volunteered during the Olympics?

Dozens of people were willing and volunteered as unpaid stewards for the river pageant on Sunday. They were hoping this would lead up to a paid job at the Olympics.

Their coaches came arriving two hours earlier than expected. It was a dreadful weather on Sunday. Cold, windy and raining. The volunteers had no other choice but to bed down under the bridges.

The ex-Deputy PM Lord Prescott pointed out that the treatment of the volunteers is “totally unacceptable” He stated further:”I am deeply concerned that a private security firm is not only providing policing on the cheap but show duty and care to its staff.” He demanded further, from Home Secretary Theresa May to find out if it broke security industry rules.

One steward said:”It was cold and wet and we were told to get our heads down.”

This is an absolute disgrace.

The security firm Close Protection UK admitted to the blunder and apologised to them forced to wait. They, however, had the nerve to state: “We are not in the business of exploiting anyone.”

Now how about that statement. There will be very few people who buy it.

Lord Prescott won’t it rest at that. He demanded an inquiry. Gail Cartmail, of the union Unite, said: “They were just damped there in London. Taking advantage of people's desperation to find work is despicable. There needs to be an investigation to ensure there is no repeat of this during the Olympics.”

However, Lord Prescott is known to follow things through and this time the Home Secretary Theresa May won’t get off the hook until he has a satisfactorily answer and put it right for the people.

It is a shame that such beautiful river pageant had to be marred by greed again.
