UK PAYS DETAINEES £18MILLION Updated 25 Jan., 2017

What kind of Law and Justice is this? Ordinary people do not get Legal Aid; yet the criminals get.

Update 25 Jan., 2017 --
A new report reveals that the killer of Lee Rigby demands £20,000 compensation because he lost two teeth in a fight in prison. The final cost will be £100,000 paid by taxpayers.

He claims also for 'psychological damage'.

He killed Lee Rigby with all his savageness he could master. He stood there with blood on his hands for along time till the police came and arrested him. It shows and proves the killer has no remorse whatsoever. The lawyer who supports it and fights for him should be ashamed and banned.

How must the family feel about this new news? One can't imagine.

About 30,000 immigrants re detained year. This alone costs taxpayers £35,000 each detainees to be held in UK immigration detention centres.

If judges decide they had been wrongly detained the UK Government has to pay them compensation.

Furthermore, foreign criminals and failed asylum seekers received £18million during the last year years due to blundering officials have failed to deal with their cases quickly enough.

A requested Freedom of Information showed £4million to £5million taxpayers money a year compensation had been paid out with taxpayers money to detainees facing deportation.

It boils down to irresponsibility of the Home Office and secretary Theresa May. There were too many scandals since the 2010 and too much taxpayers' money wasted but PM David Cameron will not take any actions.

Conservative MP Tim Loughton, a member of the Home Affairs Committee said: "Taxpayers will be greatly offended we're paying out compensation because the courts have deemed people have been detained wrongly."

It is all very well to state it and we, the public, heard it every time a scandal was discovered but this is not the point and does not solve anything. The point is something should been done about it. For officials to bungle a deportation is inexcusable especially if it cost taxpayers' money.

Taxpayers are so hard up that they miss meals to be able to feed their children and also rely on food banks while highly paid officials could not care less to do their job. Now comes on top of it all the hardship a £12 Welfare Benefit cut which the arrogant Chancellor and Prime Minister sanctioned.
Yet they would not stop all that high spending of taxpayers' money at the Home Office, Westminster and increasingly numbers of MPs and Peers.

While they all watched the Queen's birthday cake the Tories slipped away and put through a bill for an increase of bonuses for higher class Civil Servants. No debates or voting.

Jonathan Isaby , chief executive of the Taxpayers Alliance, said: "Taxpayers will be angry their money is being wasted as a result of avoidable errors by the authorities.

"Not only is illegal detention an affront to the freedom of those subject to it, but the resulting compensation payouts are a drain on our already strained public finance."

There are MPs, Peers, Committees and Watchdog established by the dozens and hundreds but none of them raises the roof to stop the Government. PM Cameron can put bills through Parliament to drive the public even further into desperation and get even voted on by the majority while all those waste of money gets overlooked.

MPs supposed to representing the people who voted them in!!!!!

After all this is said and done it will, as always, disappear like water in the sand and the officials will blunder on as before wasting more taxpayers' money.

NEW MONEY LAUNDERING LAW FOR WHOM Update 1 Feb., 2018

UPDATE 1 Feb., 2018 -- That news, which was not reported, is amazing in every way.

THE GENERAL PUBLIC HAS GOT NO MONEY TO LAUNDER BUT THE ELITE!!!
After the scandal of Panama Papers we are still not informed of the names involved in it like in other countries. It is also surprising that there is no further actions stopping Tax Avoidance.

Mrs May. Home Office Secretary, is only dealing with Money launderers. No doubt it also has to be dealt with but it is suspected to be a distraction from the Panama Papers. Mrs May is planning to bring a new law to stop it. It would concern MPs, councillors and civil servants being suspect of corruption and an "illicit enrichment would be made an offence.

Mrs May pointed out that the economy will be "at risk of being undermined" by money laundering, illicit finance and the funding of terrorism.

Her proposal - subject to a six-weeks consultation period being launched in the Commons later - plan to give the civil service powers to impose new "unexplained wealth orders."

Would it be wrong to assume that this is an diversion of the still unanswered questions about the Panama Papers?

The new law would force suspected money launderers to declare their wealth and those who fail to satisfy authorities.

The government called the plans "aggressive and the most significant change to the UK's anti-money laundering and terrorist finance regime in over a decade."

Mr May said: "The laundering of proceeds of crime through UK institutions is not only a financial crime, it fuels political instability around the world supports terrorists and extremism and poses a direct and immediate threat to our domestic security and our overseas interests.

"We will forge a new partnership with industry to improve suspicious activity reporting deliver deeper information - sharing and take joint action enforcement.

"And will act vigorously against the criminals and terrorists responsible to protect the security and prosperity of our citizen, and safeguards the integrity of Britain's financial economy."

Great sounding words but there are two flaws already in it.
Why is the Government not pushing the bill through without time loss and debates like they did with the other bills? It is no doubt an urgent matter since there are billions of pounds involved.

The other problem is that the Home Office and Mrs May are not known for prompt actions. The many failed deportation ,scandals of the borders agency and child abuse ring were pushed onto a long bench. These are just three of many failures to act immediately.

The plan also is to establish a new administration which will give jobs to chief executives and civil servants costing the taxpayers more money.

A report from anti-corruption body Transparency International UK states billions of pounds of "dirty cash" was entering Britain every year.

The Home Office should have acted on that facts ages ago. Mrs May must have known of it even before the report was published. Since there is already an anti-corruption body established it surely is not necessary to establish another one just so a friend gets a high ranking job all on taxpayers' money.

Executive director Robert Barrington said: "There are some excellent ideas here, but the proof of the pudding will be in whether they are put in action.

"The powers that are envisaged could make a real difference and, while it is important that they are properly debated in Parliament to allay any concerns over civil liberties. It is equally important that they are not watered down by self-interested lobbying during the consultation process."

CAMERON BREMAIN LEAFLET COSTS £9m TAXPAYERS Update 22 April, 2017

Update 22 April, 2017 --
Even after he resigned it is still galling that he had the nerve and authority to use £9million taxpayers money knowing full well they are starving despite of working full time and depriving disabled people.

£9m to feather the printer's, bound to be a friend, and his wife's nest who ran the stationary at Parliament.

Tories have no calm to throw about and waste taxpayer's money which is so desperately needed by the people.

The scandal is a 16 page "leaflet" to remain in the EU and with £9million Taxpayers' money.

The general public is very hard up and over one million families are starving and rely on food bank in a country being the sixth richest nation but subjected to constant mismanagement, austerity and cuts since 2010.

In April there will be another £12billlion Welfare Cut and £16billion Council Cut coming into effect. Both will have an unbearable impact.

PLEASE BE SO KIND AND CLICK ON ADVERTS. THANK YOU

The Prime Minister is not only trying to influence the public with his "leaflet" to remain in EU but has never considered the impact on families who lost their job due to the economical failure of the Government and austerity. They lost or will lose more benefit, especially the disabled.

However, there is a silent protest by many of the public to send the "leaflet" back to Mr Cameron at 10 Downing Street.

In the meantime, it was revealed by one of the most powerful men in Brussels, European Parliament vice president Alexander Graf Lambsdorff that Mr Cameron cherished achievement of a "emergency brake" on migrants claiming in-work benefit in the UK.

Mr Lambsdorff described PM's package as "nothing more than a deal that has been hammered out down the local bazaar". He has his doubts whether it will survive a scrutiny by the MEPs. Mr Lambsdorff is a highly influential MEP.

IMF also backed the BREMAIN campaign of Mr Cameron by stating that it would be better for the UK economy.

The argument against it is that the UK import is far higher than its export to the EU besides there is always the World Market. The UK has always been a free nation and a big trading nation.

As a matter of fact it was reported that the UK is not allowed to export beef, pork and chickens to the USA despite their close friendship. The reason is the EU forbidden it. At a Brexit Agriculture would gain a big market.

Many of other major EU countries have itchy feet and the people also demanding a referendum of IN/OUT of EU membership. The problem is that Brussels has become too dominating and forever demanding billions of pounds which brought these countries financially down.

By all objective views we cannot ignore the many red tapes on businesses and industries which is nothing but a hindrance.

EU at present regarding the huge influx of migrants the EU refuses to close Europe's borders and stopped a blockade to migrant boats. It had been established that 99 per cent are organised by human traffickers earning huge amounts of money.

The EU membership costs £19billions and is ruling the UK more and more. MEPs already promised a tsunami of rules is coming down on the UK if the referendum will be a "Yes" to remain in the EU.

How much more evidence does the public need to be convinced to get rid of all these rules and restriction?

In my opinion the Prime Minister never acts for the benefit of his people. Why should he now?

TORY PRIME MINISTERS MOST DESTRUCTIVE

and he ruined this country. Why? What is the real reason behind it? Who is behind him and gives the command and he obeys to be a PM?

Now, new PM Theresa May does not seem to be making any difference as well.

It is absolutely incredible if you look back at only the very recent weeks of Prime Minister David Cameron self destructive actions

The very fact that he did not do anything positive to stop the British Steel Industry going to the wall despite of his continuous promises he is doing all he can. He refused to nationalise the industry to save 40,000 jobs which will a have great impact on families and the surrounding communities.

The Steel Industry is always the backbone of any country!!!

In the middle of the Steel Crises he invited Chinese President Xi Jinpin to London to sign a contract for two new Nuclear Power Stations which involves 80,000 tonnes of steel. There is no doubt that it would have saved the British Steel Industry.

Even the EU tried to stem the imports of low priced steel from China with a higher import tariff but Mr Cameron refused to sign.

All his actions leaves you questioning for which country is Mr Cameron actually working? He calmly lets TATA India's Steel Giant sell or close down the UK branch.

People had been pressing for a referendum of IN/OUT EU membership for years. He went to Europe with a list of demand which did not cover the major impacts of EU ruling.

Even those small demands were watered down and he came back looking victoriously. The small achievement were only registered at the UN and not at Strasbourg which would have made it legal.

Mr Cameron's austerity and cutting back anything which moves in the last six years came home to haunt him. The deficit was the lowest for the last 67 years. The manufacturing output dropped and so did the economy.

You do not need Eton, Oxford or Cambridge to figure out that if you bring people down to starvation and homelessness there is no money to buy goods. Therefore the manufacturing suffers. They introduced Living Wage but at the same time cancelled Tax Credit or reduced it. Back to square one.

After losing 40 per cent of families' income of the first five years of the Tory-led Coalition the Tory Government is now introducing a further £12billion Welfare Cut.

Amongst all these scandals came a 11 million pages from secret accounts in tax haven Panama. The name was given of Mr Cameron's father being involved. Mr Cameron done the worst thing and denied any involvement at first. Days later he admitted to have £30,000 invested in Blairmore but paid his tax on it. and sold it

The public already lost belief in Mr Cameron's word due to endless promises which he had not indention to fulfil. Now after this scenario a great many people demand his resignations. If it comes to it there is no better because Boris Johnson and George Osborne are named. Beside the majority of the Tory Party voted for the £12billion Welfare Cut which is criminal to say the least.

On top of all this havoc created by the Tory Government Mr Cameron is desperately to win the referendum on EU membership.

He printed a 16 page leaflet of Bremain in EU. It cost the taxpayers £9million and will be send to all households. At the moment it seems it is the final straw to his destructive reign.

By now half of his Tory's MPs are campaigning for BREXIT and a third of his Cabinet.  Will it give him the message to change his politics?
