ANOTHER DIRTY TRICK TO DISABLED PEOPLE Updated 5 Feb., 2018

Update 5 Feb., 2018 -- Ester McVey has now replaced David Gauke. It is the fifth time since 2016. McVey is a controversial figure. She voted for all the cuts that had been made. A demand has been made for her resignation.

Update 4 Oct., 2017 -- Damien Green was replaced by David Gauke in June. MPs asked for a delay of the new Universal Credit which suppose to include all benefit payments and payable every two weeks or one monthly. Mr Gauke ignored the plea and will roll it out within one month or two.

The new Universal Credit bound to be for the advantage of the Government and include more benefit cuts.

Update 11 April, 2017 -- PM May cold bloodedly let the proposed cuts on Personal Independence Payment go ahead which hurt the most vulnerable disabled people. 900 care workers leave their job every day but surely PM May and DWP couldn't care less otherwise she would not have agreed to it.

Cuts to child care, housing benefit and disabled people from £102 per week to £73 came into effect from 1 April, 2017. Its a £30 pw cut which will have a devastating effect on already worst off people. Do not forget they will also have to pay spare Bedroom Tax. There will be an endless stream of death from starvation, homelessness and suicide.

Updated 7 Oct., 2016 -- The Department of Work and Pensions Secretary is now Damien Green.

UPDATE: 19 July, 2016 --
Piti Patel is now the new DWP Minister but will report back to Ian Duncan Smith who is the DWP Secretary.

By all previous accounts the two could not be better match and is worse for the poor and disabled. Both were in several scandal of claiming money -  taxpayers' money.

Is it another dirty trick that thousands of disabled people are being blocked to get through to the benefit line.

The Tories are really excelling themselves in efficiency and perfectly run departments. Wherever they can cut and causing a mess to already under hardship people they do it.

Callers can not sign up for the Personal Independence Payments (PIP) 18,949 times due to "heavy demands" from January till April which equals 4,700 a month.

It cuts out 1.7 per cent of all calls to the Department of Work and Pension (DWP). Furthermore the PIP line charges 45p a minute. Has any of the high-earners of Government thought about it and realised what it means for a hard-up disabled person to pay 45p a minute? They just have not a clue because all their expenses are paid by the taxpayers on top of it.

These two points above alone are sickeing but typical Tories. They will not cut the over 50 chief executives of the NHS earning £500,000 each plus bonuses but cut and squeeze every penny out of people. Yet, at the same time, swinging great speeches about their concern with the hard-working people.

The free PIP claim line only 0.04 per cent got through. What clever ideas all round.

Another scandal Ian Duncan Smith charge 45p to talk about benefits. ISD hopped about when Chancellor George Osborne announced the £12billion Welfare cut and resigned when Osborne done a U-turn with the pension. He is that kind of character.

Only very recently the Independence Living Allowances had been change to PIP and as always the result is a mess withholding payments which are urgently needed. As they say "there is always a method in the madness" and the changeover must be beneficial to the Government.

Statics show that Tories' cuts to help disabled people have increased to over £24billion since 2010 and Cameron can be proud of the achievement as well as of the cost of 2,300 peoples' lives by either suicide or starvation. It will be worse when the new £12billion Welfare cut come into effect.

What a record for a Prime Minister who supposed to be there for the benefit of the people.

This year, with the new £12billion Welfare cuts on top of already hardship comes into effect it is estimated that half a million people loose a further £1,500 a year in support. What do these fat cats think people live on? There are over one million people fed by foodbanks to keep them alive and in a seventh richest country.

It is pointless to write down the DWP spokesman statement which was such a load of rubbish and offensive to the disabled people.

Yet, the Prime Minister paid out £700million to Serco and G4S when both delivered rotten services.

He also was determined to enter the bombing of Syria which brought nothing but enemies and each mission costs £500million.

He grants MPs, every year, another rise of 10 per cent who have all the expenses paid for by the taxpayers.

Now 26 MPs are under police investigation accused of fiddling 2015 Election Expenses.

The Government is nothing but a disgrace to the country and its people

FLAGSHIP UNIVERSAL CREDIT SHOULD BE SCUTTLED updated 18 August, 2017

Updated 18 August, 2017 --   Four years later and it is still not working but cost a fortune more then it was promised to save. PM May added a further £12bn Welfare cuts on 1 April, 2017. The impact on already starving, homeless people will be devastating and has not come fully into effect. There will be mass deaths and suicides.

The great reform heralded for months by the Coalition in which the claimants will be receiving all the claims in just one payment was the Government great flagship and put into force on 1 April 2013. It was to be a great saving for the Department of Works and Pension, head Ian Duncan Smith. He also announced, at the same time, that the new system would show people that it is better to work than claim benefit. This fact emphasises that the claim will be cut so low people could not live on it. Mr Smith and the Government do not seem to realise or accept the fact that with almost FIVE million unemployed there is no work available. Officially 2.5 million unemployed.

As of today after almost six months the Universal Credit is in chaos.  An IT system which should have been in use to work out exactly what each claimant suppose to receive is unusable according to the National Audit Office and instead of saving the whole exercise cost the taxpayers million. They still insist that it will be fully functional by 2017 and will save £38million by 2014. These facts were all worked out and all without IT.  Marvellous.

In the first six months so far £1.3 million had been spent on 112 extra staff. It should have been explained by Mr Smith why these extra staff had to be employed since the previous staffs were able to cope.
£34millions was swallowed up in bungles and wasted money on the unusable IT system.

To crown it all Ian Duncan Smith paid his staff and most probably himself the most a bonus for this shabby work of no less than £44million. Does the Government ever step in to stop spending taxpayers‘ money?  Obviously not.

While all this wastages of taxpayers’ money goes on the Chancellor George Osborne is announcing of another Budget, which will be at the end of September 2013, with significant cuts. Cuts which will not be in that direction but for the general public.

The Department of Works and Pension spent £44million on staff bonuses but it in total chaos.  £1.3million on extra staff because they can’t get the IT system going to handle the Universal Credit reform probable organised.
IAN DUNCAN SMITH

Another flagship of David Cameron is ATOS who got a £1billion contract and tells people with incurable illnesses they should be able well enough to work in three months time. Even the medical world can’t find a cure for Parkinson, MS and CF which are all deteriorating illnesses but ATOS can forecast an improvement within three months good enough for them to be able to work again. How must these people feel, suffering and knowing the final outcome of their illnesses being told such rubbish and their Disability benefit cut?

The newly established NHS Healthcare 111 which suppose to take calls from the public and decide whether they are a hospital case or could be advised to take some medicine; can’t handle most of the calls because most of them are not medical trained and the system is braking down. This is again a waste of taxpayers’ money for setting it up and trying to keep it going.

The Border Agency, Serco, G4S and so many more the list could go on are nothing but a waste of money and the Coalition does nothing about it. All these scandals had been known for far too long and newspapers pointed them out a number of times.

The MPs themselves had a pay rise of £7,500 per year at the time of the great AUSTERITY and were not satisfied about that but demand now to receive a £20,000 for their expenses but without having to justify them.  In Saturday’s newspaper in the Daily Mirror a big list was printed showing all the employed wives, husband, daughters and step-daughter with £15,000 for part time and up to £35,000 for full time with recently salary increases.  A shame the public can’t check out how much work they really do. Talking about spitting the hard-up public not into their eyes but into their faces.

Chancellor George Osborne and the Coalition seemed to apply AUSTERITY only to one side of the British people. It would be high time he also put on the brakes on his friends and all these newly established companies plus handing out contracts which waste nothing but taxpayers' money.  It would do miracles to his deficit. Furthermore, when is David Cameron bringing the Tax avoiders to justice as he keep promising times and again? His own father-in-law, a very rich man with a big estate in the Highland of Scotland has an off-shore account which proves how sincere David Cameron’s promises are.

UK DWP WASTES £1.3MILLION ON I.T. BLUNDER -- Updated 18 July, 2015

IAN DUNCAN SMITH

UPDATE: 18 July, 2015 --
Even after two years and the computer itself costing £500million -- it is not working and costing £1.3million a year on extra staff double checking and calmly Ian Duncan Smith pays out a £44million bonus last years.

Department of Work and Pension (DWP) Secretary Duncan Smith wasting  --  again -- £1.3million on David Cameron flagship of benefits cap and reform.

Even after four months the computer has not been built which should have coped automatically with the reform of benefits.

The program should be to roll out Universal Credit nationwide in one payment.  It includes a pilot scheme of a £500 a week cap on benefit and checks out households and it supposed to be a crackdown to cut the welfare bill.

Now it turns out to costs £1.3milion so far for staff to carry out the checks for the flagship benefits cap.  The government is forced to employ 112 more staff to check the benefit for each household and if there any benefit cap applies.  Ministers admitted they haven’t cot a clue how and when this problem will be solved but in the meantime the taxpayer pays for the mess David Cameron and George Osborne created.

Every time the government trying to cut back it cost the taxpayers more. Is that how politics should be?
Tory minister Mark Hoban admitted: “The check is to verify the benefits paid are to a household and check whether any exemption should apply. This process will remain in place until an automated solution is developed and introduced.” This answer which is no answer at all shows the cold blooded could-not-care-less  of the party and government.

Labour Shadow Employment Minister Stephen Timms said the Department for Work and Pensions was suffering Whitehall’s worst IT crisis for years.  He added: “Universal credit is already on its knees and now the benefit cap has been infect by Ian Duncan Smith’s inability to deliver.”  He demands urgent assurance that this latest IT disaster won’t plunge yet another scheme into chaos

A spokeswoman for the department stated that the IT system to deliver the benefit cap itself was already in place and working well.

This is an incredible statement after ministers admitted that £1.3million are being paid on extra staff because the computer which suppose doing the job has not been built yet.  They also admitted that they have no idea when that will be done.

So there we have one of the biggest contradictions we can ever come across.

DWP BONUSES OF £44MILLION PAID TO STAFF -- Updated 31 Dec., 2014

In my opinion the £44million bonuses would have come off the saving from benefits cuts to families and disabled. Many disabled people killed themselves or died of hunger. It will get even worse now. How can that man live with himself?

IAN DUNCAN SMITH

 Department of Work
 and Pension Secretary
UPDATE:  31 December, 2014 --  Ian Duncan Smith asked to exclude the Department of Work and Pensions from the Autumn Budget 2014 because of his disarray of the Welfare Reform. In other words it would bring the budget down. So he is aware of the mess he made costing the taxpayers £800million.

Department of Work and Pension Secretary (DWP) Ian Duncan Smith paid out a staff bonus of an incredible £44million. This is one of the most appalling stories ever happen under the present Government. The DoW was responsible to cut benefits for already needy people and furthermore the worst to cut benefits for disabled.  This very act cost over 1,000 lives but it would not shake the Work Secretary Ian Duncan Smith or his Prime Minister David Cameron because they are all right, thank you.

One of David Cameron's pet subject and flagship is to ‘reform’ the DWP department and mainly the pay-out of benefits and pension. The whole department apparently is in total chaos and huge benefit tests backlog, botched work capability assessments and IT is in crisis. The computer which should have handled it all hasn't even been built yet. Nothing but a well organised shamble. For all this shoddy work from senior civil servants in Whitehall receive a bonus of up to £17,500 each.  The front line staff is doing more than their best to help and sort out problems for people but they won’t see hardly a penny extra for their hard work.

It was revealed that 62 shared £671,000 on top of top salaries adding to a six figure. The average 99,739 staff shared more than £43.8million which comes down to £515 each.

As if that is not enough a huge sum of in-year rewards was handed out in cash and vouchers adding £5.3million. All in all it is nothing but a crime against humanity.  To shout on top of their voices about austerity and having to cut-back, which they did drastically, we read almost every day about huge bonuses handed out not to ordinary staff but top executives. How do they justify these bonuses being available and for what?  The whole country is up in arms but the Tories could not care less as long they get their pocket filled.  Is there nobody there, powerful enough, to stop them?  I am not calling out a revolution but surely all these scandalous bonuses and high salaries have to be stopped some how.

A DWP spokesperson stated that bonuses are only paid to those whose work is consistently good or outstanding. This statement does not justify the result of mismanagement and chaos in the DWP.

Labour MP Tom Greatrex stated that Ian Duncan Smith is happy to reward incompetence and complacency which tells you all you need to know about his attitude to the most vulnerable in society.

"How can DWP justify to hand Whitehall Fat Cats already receiving high salaries plus a bonus of average of £17,500 at the same time cutting benefits of poor and disabled? What kind of human being are they and especially those who sanction it and hand it out?

"I am surprised and shaking my head about David Cameron, I am not rubbing it in; I would never do that, having had experiences of handicap and disability, bringing cold bloodily a French firm ATOS paying them £1billion to assess Disability benefit plus advising them to pass only one in eight that really is the limit of human decency.
"

As if that wasn’t bad enough now we have to read about a £44million bonuses being handed out to people who make sure the benefits are cut and making a mess of it in all.
