UK GOVERNMENT NEW LOW MORALS Update 6 July, 2016

UPDATE: 6 July, 2016 --
London is now known as the capital
of the world for drugs out of 56 cities.
The Government can be proud of that
achievement, especially the Home
Secretary Theresa May.

WHAT ABOUT THE INCREASE OF CRIME
TO GET THE MONEY FOR IT?

WHAT ABOUT THE INCREASE OF
ACCCIDENTS OR DOES THAT NOT COUNT AS LONG MR OSBORNE GETS MORE MONEY TO SHOW A BETTER ECONOMY?

They debate, today, whether to legalise Cannabis and only because 220,000 people petitioned it. The treasury is all for it because it would raise millions of pounds and they justify it with being able to pay more for the police and prison.

It is a nice little smoke screen for the damage it would do to the public if they legalise the use of Cannabis.

Already last September the Chancellor George Osborne used £10billion taxes from prostitution and drugs to boost his bad economy.  No wonder the drugs’ trade does not get stopped. According to a police’s report there are 600 big drugs dealers. Since they know them why are they not closing them down?  Is it another and new cover-up like the historic child abuse?

The very thought even to consider it for debates, never mind about the 220,000 petitioners who most probably are drug users and do not need to be encouraged.
Surely there are some far more urgent matters which needs debating like to cancel the new cut-backs to get people out of poverty not further into it. The Chancellor George Osborne and Prime Minister David Cameron do not want to know about poverty although for the first time he mentioned it at the Conservative Party Conference. He made more promises which will not be fulfilled.

The housing crisis, the unemployment and how to increase the economy all needs debating and a solution found. How to rescue the Steelworks Redcar which has 1,700 workers who will be unemployed in an area of already high unemployment? They sold it to a Thai business and see what happened? He had all his profit out of it and now declared bankruptcy.

There is the Middle East which has turned into an even greater crisis and threatens to spill across the world again. Not only the refugees crisis but also after the Russian getting involved and the USA lit the fuse by threatening Russia with repercussion.

Mr Cameron is eager to getting involved further with air strikes but has he considered that it will create more terrorists with hate enough to cause  atrocities on the streets of the UK. These are the real problems which needs debating and not the legalisation of Cannabis whose campaigners’ only aim is to stay out of prison.

They should not only think of the danger a drug would do them but also of getting imprison. The threat might persuade youngster to stay clear of it. It is a far better way then getting more money into the Treasury’s coffer which might never be used for police or prison.

After all the public had enough of smokescreens and false promises from this government just to get their way

FREED RAPISTS OFFENDED 180 TIMES AGAIN

JEREMY WRIGHT --  JUSTICE MINISTER
It is an open secret that paedophiles and rapists are incurable and offend times and again after being freed.  Where the answer lies for a proper cure to keep them off their crimes only the medical experts can reply?
The statistics shows 180 rapes last year and convicted offenders committed 700 rapes again after being freed in the last five years. These figures were publicised for the first time and are an unbearable situation.  A shocking figure of 1,200 conviction of rape with 15 per cent of it was repeated conviction something radical has to be done to protect the public. Most the rapists get not a sentence which fits the crime and then half of them only serve half the prison sentence.

Many times newspapers were pointing out these horrendous crimes and some rapists get only a warning or if a prison sentences which is so short and they will be back on the streets again. For some unknown reason these crimes seems to rapidly increasing. It is hard to define if the media is too easy with writing and filming about sex scene or the great numbers of porno on the Internet. Especially porno should be completely off the Internet. All these facts do not help to cut down the urge to rape and in quite a number of cases they kill their victims trying and hoping to protect their identity.

UK Tory MP Piti Patel points out once more the high number of rape and appeal to the judges and courts to give longer sentence.  She stated further that the rapidly increase in these crimes would be wake-up call to get these monsters off the street.

Justice Minister Jeremy Wright emphasises that tough new sentences are now available. A compulsory life sentence was introduced for people who committed a second very serious sexual or violent crime. Well let’s hope the judges use them were necessary. They don’t seem to take this crime seriously and consider the victims who have to live with it for the rest of their lives.

SOFT  JUSTICE  IS  NOT ACCEPTABLE.

TWO CRIME FAMILIES COSTS £37 MILLION - Updated 23 August, 2014

UPDATE: 23 August, 2014 -- Why is that £37million taxpayers'money are wasted on criminals? Surely there must be a way of closing them down and with the new law confiscated their properties, other assets and cash to be spend on honest, hard working people who can not cope any more.

This is a crime in itself to spent £37milllion on two warring crime families in Birmingham. The inner-city gangster who includes the notorious Johnson Crew and Burger Bar Boys costs the taxpayers so far £37 million in Birmingham alone. Their three generations are responsible for the costs of prison, health and probation in the last 30 years.

All this does not include social benefits and educations.

It is assumed that a murder costs £1.5million to be investigated and brought to court. An attempted murder cost the taxpayers £500,000 and criminal use of firearms £169,000.

Keith Barton remarked that it would be cheaper to pay every family one million pound to keep out of trouble.

The Johnson Crew and the Burger Bar Boys came to the attention nationwide with the murder of Letisha Shakespeare and Charlene Ellis.  They were killed by a drive by shooting on New Year in 2009. Four men were convicted two years later. The girls were 17 and 18 years old.  The gangs motto, belief it of not, is “Revenge, Revenue, Respect”.

This situation described here is only the cost of one city and it is totally shocking. What must be the total? Surely there must be an answer somewhere to curb or cut crime. Certainly the soft footing of the government is doing now, is nothing but a joke. This soft footing is applied only to safe on prison budget but in the long run it is more expensive as this case shows.

Law-abiding, hardworking people have to foot the bill which isn’t fair. A harsh sentence which would keep them off the street from a start and it might be deterrent to the younger member of the family, would be far cheaper in the long run. Furthermore, there is the no-job situation which turns youngster to crime and getting involved in gangs? Of course, there is always the incurable criminal but this would be a lower number as it is now.

This enormous amount of money could have been spent on creating jobs which also would have saved state benefit. The whole public is aware of this solution and thinks it is the way to go forward but the government. Is the government really that arrogant, reclusive, way above on a pedestal that they can’t think this out or take advice from ordinary people?

PHONE HACKING ENQUIRY

The enquiry extended now into serious criminal accusations.  Rebekah Brooks and her husband are now charge with perverting the cause of justice which is a very serious charge.  They pass it off as an “expensive sideshow”.  Furthermore were her ex PA Cheryl Carter, 48, head of security Mark Hanna, 49, chauffeur Paul Edwards, 47, and security consultant Daryl Jorsling, 39 also accused.

The accusation is that seven boxes of papers were removed from the News International archive including computers and electronic equipment.  They were further accused of hiding papers.  Mrs Brooks was charged with three counts of conspiracy at the Lewisham police station in South East London.

Alison Levit QC, principal legal adviser to the Director of Prosecution, said: “All matters relate to the ongoing police investigation into allegations of phone hacking and corruption of public officials in relation to the News of the World and the Sun newspaper.”

She also revealed that there is sufficient evidence for a conviction.

Mrs Brooks hit back by stating she always respected the criminal justice system.  She questioned it now and wonders whether the decision was made on a proper impartial assessment of the evidence.

These charges are the first being made by the Metropolitan Police.  So far there were 50 arrests since January 2011.  It was not revealed whether all 50 were charged.

The six accused will stand at Westminster magistrates’ court on June 13.

Further arrests were made.  A Customs worker, 50, and a woman, 43, were arrested at 6 am at their North West London home. The police accusation was corrupt payments to public officials.
