UK DEFICIT HIGHEST FOR 67 YEARS Update 24 Jan., 2018

SUMMARY - Now under Johnson, PM, everything is hashed up. Johnson due to CV19 eventual lock-down, had to borrow heavily but at the same time he handed out contracts, without tender and repayment clause, to his donors and spent £blns of taxpayers' money. Contracts which were hardly or never fulfilled. In other words his friends cashed in on the worst time UK experienced and 81,000 died from CV19 from Johnson's mismanagement.

Update 24 Jan., 2018 - It had been revealed by Office of National Data that the present National debt has increased to £214,800,000,000 since May became PM.

May still stands in the House of Commons and tells nothing but lies plus criticising Labour after she/Cameron doubled the National Debt. Is there no way to get her and her zombies out fast to stop and save further damage and death due to her policies? Also to confiscated tax dodgers' money from tax havens to pay for the increase of National debt the Tories caused and filled their pockets with - £214,8trillion.

Update 29 Dec., 2017 -- UK has now been degraded from the 6th to 7th place in the Credit Rating. It is even behind France and India. What kind of Government is this? Yet since 2010 they all just sit back and let it go on!

Update 22 Nov., 2017 -- Tories 'miracle' is despite all the cuts, austerity, new £12bn Welfare cuts from 1 April, 2017 and now Universal Credit which does not pay for 6 weeks they managed to increase National debt to £1,83trn. October 2017 shows an increase of £500bn.

In 2009 the National debt was £800bn now £1,83trn.

How on earth are they allowed to go on?

2,500 disable people committed suicide or starved to death
3 million rely on feed banks
Families are homelessness because of benefit cuts and spare Bedroom tax.
The Government increasing debts by the millions of pounds and nobody challenge or stops them
My Points of View: Another failed promise of a better economy plus increased employment. The figure of unemployment reduced is nothing but fabricated with sanctions, Zero-hour contracts etc being taken off unemployment

It was only in April 2015 when PM David Cameron and his party were criticising the Labour Party and Mr Miliband about their “failed” economy and at the same time they promised an improvement, reducing debts and deficit, in their General Election campaign.

On account of that Labour lost the election and the Tories won. It was nothing but lies and dirty smears with which they won.

How could people fall for it and trust the Tories gains after having had already five years of austerity and Welfare cuts bringing them down to use Food Banks, starvation and homelessness with Spare Bedroom tax.

In my opinion: the voting result was rigged!!!

Labour faced a Global Recession in 2008 which got the GDP down to minus 2.6 and in 2010 showed a GDP plus 1 per cent. It vanished under the Tory-led Coalition Government within three months and the following year showed two recession and narrowly missed a third.  Despite of all that Mr Cameron blamed Labour for the "Credit Crush" for years even it was Global and started in the USA.

Today, it was revealed that UK Deficit during the last three months till December was £32.7billion = 7 per cent GDP.

The year 2015 the deficit if £96.2billion = 5 percent GDP and accounts for the highest since records began in 1948 despite of austerity and 40 per cent Welfare Cuts bringing the public down to rely on over 1,000 food banks, selling any big nationalised organisation

One promise during the Election campaign David Cameron kept was:  “We want to finish what we started.”  Well the result shows.

British import of goods, service and investments income was high and more than its exports.

At the same time the Office of National Statistics (ONS) show UK economy grows 0.6 per cent in the last fourth quarters of 2015.During the whole 2015 the economy grew 2.2 per cent and was caused by an increase in the service sector and a smaller contraction in industrial production.

The deficit records show more money going out than coming in the country and is different to the Chancellor George Osborn’s budget deficit.

A deficit is caused by dividends from profitable companies where they are sent back to their foreign owners and money paid to employees overseas by British companies.

The ONS stated: “The deficit had widened because income from the UK’s direct investments abroad had fallen, while payments to foreign investors in the UK has risen.”

Of course, this disastrous deficit account was straight away snapped up by Chancellor George Osborne and turned into a positive weapon to their advantage “UK should not be contemplating leaving the EU.”

He added: “Today’s figure expose the real danger of economic uncertainty and show that now is precisely not the time to put our economy at risk by leaving the EU.”

What is the Chancellor talking about/ EU Market are importing more than the UK export. Does he really believe that these importers would stop? If Brussels plays a heavy and stops the import it would a loss to the EU market and then there is always a World Market out there.

Germans and French demanding now a referendum for IN/OUT of EU.  The EU was a good idea in principle but failed their people by bringing the countries down into debts while squandering billions of pounds.  Mr Osborn does not talk about that.

Not to speak about the disastrous handling of economic refugees by Brussels which apparently does not want to know? It refuses to close the borders around Europe, refuses to sent back the boats like Australia, refuses to have a blockades by the navy but, again, demands £500million from the UK only to compensate Turkey with a total of £4,5billion.

OVER 300 CIVIL SERVANTS GET PAID MORE THAN PM NO CUTS THERE EVEN BONUSES INCREASED

The Cabinet Office revealed that 318 civil servants are paid more then the Prime Minister. The PM’s salary is around £150,000 which is even doubled or more by eight civil servants.

Civil servant head Sir Jeremy Haywood receives a salary of £195,000 which had even increased by £5,000 from last year.

The Green Investment Bank employs 13 people.  It was set up by demand from LibDems. These employers are receiving salaries higher than the PM

Head of the Green Investment Bank Edward Northam earns £339,000.

Tax collection agency HMRC was criticised by MPs and named “worse than abysmal” despite of the criticism the chief executive Lin Homer is on £185,000.

But, of course, Downing Street defended the rise in number and cost of ministers’ taxpayer-funded special advisers (SPADS).

The statistic from the Cabinet Office shows a cost for Spads – personal appointment, not impartial civil servants – reaches a £11million in the last year.

One more point worthwhile mentioning is when Mr Cameron was the leader of the opposition he demanded a reduction of Spads’s bill.

In view of this revelation Chancellor George Osborne calmly demanded Welfare cuts which would devastate the general public, most of them already down to starvation and relying on food banks.

It is not only Chancellor George Osborne  who calmly watched the people going down into further poverty and homelessness but also Prime Minister David Cameron including the rest of the Tories.  How on earth could they have voted for a further Welfare Cut of £12billion knowing very well the situation, although they pretend it does not exists.

Again there was another 10 percent pay rise for 650 MPs agreed last year and this year. Despite 78 per cent are millionaires.

Tory MP Adam Afriyie stated that it is impossible to raise a family on £67,000. He demanded a £225,000 for expenses and no auditing.

MPs receive a property in London if their constituency is outside London and too far to travel.  Many of them let it out to other MPs and receive a high rent of which there was a scandal two years ago but nothing was done about it, of course.

Where on earth does Mr Afriyie come from that he cannot raise a family on £67,000?

Then there are 820 peers in the House of Lords who receive £300 a day if they attend it. Many had been caught of signing in and then walk out after a very short time.
When the bill of Welfare Cuts, which was agreed upon it in the House of Common, was sent up to the House of Lords even they turned it down. It was returned to the House of Common for readjustments.

Now Chancellor George Osborne wiped the eggs off his face and changed it into a Global reform by which he can get his £12billion Welfare Cuts.

One last point, the Parliament with 650 MPs and 820 Lords and Ladies is the second biggest government after China.

The constituencies are getting split up into two to create another MP, mostly Tory’s constituencies to guarantee a Tory government.  It is how Mr Cameron plans and works furthermore he nominates a much bigger list of Tories to be knighted. Last time 25 Conservatives while Labour had five to establish success of his bills in the House of Lords when the Tories reach majorities.

It all cost the taxpayers heavily while Mr Cameron and his disciples ignore it and constantly moan about the deficit and national debts which only Labour created, of course. Mr Cameron does neither mention, nor Chancellor George Osborne the £500billion debts they added since 2010 plus £112billion so far, since their re-election, and still have five months to go. Yet he promise again, as in 2010, to bring the debts and deficit down and voters fell for it.  How could they after the devastating austerity which brought millions of people to rely on food banks. How could they after the astronomical rise of energy suppliers' tariffs and Mr Cameron did nothing about it?

Adding the bombing of ISIS with a cost of £500million per mission where does that money all of a sudden come from?  A war nobody wanted but Mr Cameron and the Tories.

CHANCELLOR GEORGE OSBORNE READ WRONG BUDGET

First of all, his opening speech left already a lot of question. Chancellor George Osborne stated that the economy improved substantially and will improve even more.

The economic table in March showed a 0.3 per cent which was down from the forecast of 0.6 per cent and just about avoided a recession.

Furthermore, during the last three month the FTSE shows almost every day a minus and the value of shares have dropped by over £1,300.

Another statement he made was: “We are in this together.”  It was said the last time in 2010 and the result was an introduction of austerity in 2012 which brought the general public into starvation, relying on food banks and with Bedroom Tax people lost their homes. Some live in one room rented accommodation with their family or on the street.

At the same time of austerity the rich got super rich and even The Telegraph which combines the list was shocked.  There are now over 4,000 multi-millionaires and multi-billionaires in the UK and the highest number in the world according to the Telegraph.
All created in the last three years.

That sentence: ”We are all in this together” was a lie in 2010 and it is a lie today. The gap between rich and poor was never so wide since the Victorian ages. To achieve that within three years; is it something to be proud of?

The austerity to balance the books was nothing but a con beside they added £500billion to the National debts.  Now again, they spoke of balancing the books and quite proudly to finish the job they started. Will there be more debts?

Newspaper The Guardian revealed that £93billion a year is given to businesses in huge subsidies and tax breaks. This fact is never mentioned in any Tory budget.

According to the Guardian it means £3,000 a year every household will lose out on.
Many companies received the largest public grants during the last five years of the Tory-led Coalition.  The same companies pay very little or no tax.

Yet, Chancellor George Osborne and Prime Minister are determined to cut the Welfare again and this time by a massive £12billion. Above all they announced joyfully, last Friday, they found the whole sum to be cut.

The Guardian analysis found that the companies received a £14,5billion in direct subsidies and grants which is more than the Welfare cuts of £12billion.

Although The Guardian is determined to find out where the real trouble lies they had to admit it is hard to trace because the money is channelled through many arms.

It also had been revealed that the incentives included the low corporation tax rate is the lowest anywhere in the G7, tax exemption for research and government support.
It also shows, while companies constantly increase to receive handout from the government their corporation tax is falling at the time.

During the financial year 2012-13 they received £58.2billion of subsidies grants and corporation tax benefits and during the same year they paid £41,3billion corporation tax.

The Prime Minister was talking about the merry-go-round where workers paid tax and then receive benefits because their income is too low. He planned to stop it and demand the companies to pay a higher wages.  Most probably the companies will then receive more incentives.

This budget was all for the rich and cutting even deeper into the poverty and disable people/

The fanfare was about the £9 per hour living wage but it will not be implemented fully till 2020.  I was nothing but put on a false show because people are desperate now to receive a proper wage to live on. Furthermore, by 2020 the cost of living will have risen as well, therefore it will not benefit.

It was noted that Ian Duncan Smith, head of the Department of Work and pensions, cheered and hopped about every time another cut in the Welfare was announced. The man is most disgraceful.

He handed £44millioom bonuses out last year even so he can not get his IT system going for the reform of the Universal credit. He also stopped any benefit he could find. It is estimated that over 1,000 people committed suicide or died of hunger because their benefit was stopped and there he was cheering and jumping at every announcement of a benefit cut.

He also forgot that he was up for fraud in 2006 when he claimed taxes and expenditure for his Wife’s company. The company did not exist. He got away because the MPs’ expenditure scandal broke lose and he somehow slipped through the net.

TORIES SUPPORT FURTHER £12BN BENEFIT CUTS - Update 1 April, 2017

Update: 1 April,2017 -
Today the £12bn comes into affect; sanctioned by PM May. At the same time she gave PMs a 12 percent pay rise.

This £12bn Welfare cut comes now on top of already starving, homeless poor and disabled people.

Has PM May any conscience at all?

UPDATE: 7 Dec.,  2015

After the House of Lords rejected the first bill of £12billion Welfare cuts the Chancellor George Osborne  will now put it through as a 'reform'  and calls it 'Global Credit'.

No
thing short of another dirty trick to run the poor and vulnerable still further into the ground.

UPDATE: 29 Oct., 2015 --

It is a disgrace for the Tories still insisting to modernise the Tridents for a cost of £167billion and eventually reaching £200billion. The first estimated cost was £95billion.A weapon which will never be used.

Yet they are determined to cut £12billion on Welfare.
The new Labour leader, Jeremy Corbyn, is totally against the Trident project.

PLRASE, PLEASE BE SO KIND AND CLICK ON ADVERTS.  THANK YOU

UPDATE:  21 July, 2015  --
It is a disgrace for Labour  and especially for Harriet Harman, stand-in leader, to agree with the budget.  SNP also criticised their decision.

Labour supposed to be an opposition and they agree with a budget like that which will be nothing but devastating  for the general public. A public which is already relying on food banks  People who have committed suicide because they could not see how to go on any more and Harriet Harman supported a further welfare cut of £12billion? She should join the Tories.  She should be ashamed of herself advising her MPs to abstain.  She should have advised them to vote against it.

At the same time the MPs getting a 10 per cent salaries rise.  !!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: 8 July, 2015 --

Chancellor George Osborn announce that he will stretch his £12billion Welfare cuts over three years instead of two years.

It will give the people more breathing space, no doubt. but the impact is just the same.

Stop kidding yourself and especially the public!!!!!

David Cameron supports the £12billion Welfare Cuts and admits that his MPs have found the amounts where the axe should fall.

The PM means to ‘lower welfare society’ and it is expected there will be a drastic cut across the whole welfare including tax credit for the lower paid.

Being just days after the anti-austerity march in London and other cities it looks a counter attack.

In two weeks time Chancellor George Osborne unveil the cuts in his emergency budget. Hopefully he tells the truth and all of it.

As usually the PM contemning Labour for the cost of Welfare. It is getting a bit worn out and boring after five years in office with promising austerity will bring the National debts down but the fact remains it increased by £500billion.

David Cameron does not mention that nor will he explain how it occurred. plus being graded down from seventh to sixth place.

When Gordon Brown had to face one of the biggest “credit crunch”; created by David Cameron’s friends – the Top financiers.  Yet Gordon Brown managed to come back from minus 2.5 GDB to a plus 0.5 within a year and by 2010 had a plus 1 per cent which the Tories managed to wipe it all out within three months. They never achieved the plus 1 per cent GDB.

Without a “credit crunch” the Tories managed two recessions and a downgrading but David Cameron will ignore their failure and harp on about Labour creating all the debts and huge welfare.

Have his 95 highly paid advisers nothing else to bring to the table?  It is pathetic.

David Cameron gave a long speech in the North of England and amongst a lot of good sounding and public catching words but meaning very little if you see later the result of his actions.

He said: “We need to move from low wages, high tax and high welfare society to a high wages, low tax and low welfare society.”  As mentioned before it sounds good but the result will be a low welfare society and nothing else because his friends the manufacturing executives and owners will not paid high wages.

His words were there to make the ‘low welfare society’ more acceptable, he hopes.  The reality will be further hardship, starvation, old people dying of hypothermia and the super rich will be getting even richer, if David Cameron and the Tories are not being stopped.

The result of his always glorious sounding speeches are nothing but make belief  he even convinces himself, and trying to catch the public like he done the last five years and on the General Election with his lies and smears about Labour.

Austerity is nothing but a con. They got the UK deeper into debts with £500billion.

Tories ‘low welfare society’ for getting high wages and low tax is nothing but another con.

OSBORNE DEMANDS LABOUR SUPPORT £12BILLION WELFARE CUTS LOL

Demonstrators march past the Bank of England during an anti-austerity protest in central London
ANTI-AUSTERITY MARSH

It is already amazing that the Tories asked Labour to back them in getting the bill through Parliament for the £12billion Welfare Cuts; after all their smears and lies they spread about Labour.

In my opinion it shows the Tories as shameless and callous after all they done to Labour during the last General Election.

Andy Burnham, the shadow health minister, and a favourite in the new leadership election of Labour, refused. He pointed out further that if the Chancellor George Osborne will reduce disability benefit and tax credit he will fight it all the way. He will refuse to agree to cuts which will hurt many vulnerable people.

“If this Chancellor thinks it is acceptable to take benefit off disabled people who can’t replace the income, or if he is coming after the tax or other people on low income in work, then he is going to have fight on his hand,” Burnham told Murnaghan of Sky News.

“It is questionable whether he has a mandate for cuts on that scale because he didn’t spell out before the election where the cuts were going to fall. That was wrong.”

Image result for osborne welfare cuts cartoons

Previously, Osborne and Cameron only commented on an overall £12 billion Welfare cuts and the details they gave were “reduced benefit cap, freeze most working age benefit for two years and take away housing benefit for under 25s.”

This statement would not cover £12billion Welfare Cuts and therefore there must be a lot more which they hide because they know it would cause an uproar.

Cameron also promised not to touch benefits for the elderly and child benefit but since so many of his promises were broken the real plan of the Tories’£12billion Welfare Cuts has to be seen next months when the full details supposed to be spelled out.

Despite the great attendance of the anti-austerity protest march on Saturday all over the UK cities; Osborne and Ian Duncan Smith, Work and Pension, published an article in the Sunday Times that they will go ahead with £12billion Welfare Cuts as planned. They also urged Labour to work with them alongside.

They said: “Even after the comprehensive rejection of their position by the British people in the last month’s general election, Labour seems determined to go on as before. But even now, appeal to their leadership candidates to engage constructively with us and support the further saving we must make to make welfare fairer and more affordable while protecting pensioners and vulnerable.”

Wonderful words and so concerning as the Tories always find them to trumpet them out to impress the public. But tell that to the over 1,000 suicides and their families because they lost their disability benefit or homes because of the Bedroom Tax or because ATOS forced them to find a job, despite being disabled or have a fatal illnesses, when there is already high unemployment.

Instead to cancel these extra investigation by Atos, contract £1million, when their lost the contract and ended up with a backlog of 700,000 cases where disability benefit was cut and people receive no money, the government should have cancel it. Now they employ an American firm MAXIMUS which had been in court already in the US for fraud and ill-treatment of disabled people.

Instead of cutting £12billion further in Welfare the government should look into their own back yard.

Reduce the House of Lords form 840 each can charge a £300 when attending and expenditure if they sitting late.  They also refuse to join with the catering of the House of Commons which might not be so extravagant but does not serve beans of toast with cups tea only.

MoD wasted £6million on earplugs which are useless.  £50million of faulty or useless equipment or bought in errors

Whitehall wasted £5billion in a year for errors, unused equipment and compensation.
William Hague uses £2,000 a day taxpayers’ money to have a luxurious apartment in London.

Tory MP Eric Pickles spend approximately £50,000 on trip to China, private plane, exclusive Hotels; despite PM forbidden to travel by First Class.

Osborne, himself the great saver, spent £43,000 on Lawyers to stop to cap bank bonuses, while people are starving. The cap of bonuses is 100 per cent of their salaries but at the moment can be over 200 per cent.

MPs employ relatives and add further to their already high salaries and expenditures. It amounts to a bill increased by 50 per cent in the last four years and it is now £3.8million. In 2010 it was £2.4million when Labour was in power.

DWP cuts benefits but pays a £44million bonuses. A new computer system which supposed to do the reform automatically costing £500million but has never worked.

£19 trillion was siphoned off from the Treasury and sent to a Tax haven, according to newspapers.  The total is now £39trillion which is known.

Luxurious travels made by MPs in the last four years cost £50million.

Ministry of Justice cost £29million in the last five years on taxis, First Class train and flights

Westminster Officials spent £518,635 of tax payers' money on procurement cards and has increase by £80,000 from the year before. Altogether it is £1.8million during the last five years.

This bound to be only a part of the wasted taxpayers’ money and Chancellor George Osborne could save billions if he would bother to look into it. The Prime Minister alone claims £20,000 per month for mortgage even though he has a fortune of underestimated £30million.

Last year the MPs had a 10 per cent salary increase and will have this year too despite austerity.

Austerity is nothing but a con and only applies to the general public but the Chancellor should cut the above mentioned waste of taxpayers' money.
