OSBORNE DEMANDS LABOUR SUPPORT £12BILLION WELFARE CUTS LOL

Demonstrators march past the Bank of England during an anti-austerity protest in central London
ANTI-AUSTERITY MARSH

It is already amazing that the Tories asked Labour to back them in getting the bill through Parliament for the £12billion Welfare Cuts; after all their smears and lies they spread about Labour.

In my opinion it shows the Tories as shameless and callous after all they done to Labour during the last General Election.

Andy Burnham, the shadow health minister, and a favourite in the new leadership election of Labour, refused. He pointed out further that if the Chancellor George Osborne will reduce disability benefit and tax credit he will fight it all the way. He will refuse to agree to cuts which will hurt many vulnerable people.

“If this Chancellor thinks it is acceptable to take benefit off disabled people who can’t replace the income, or if he is coming after the tax or other people on low income in work, then he is going to have fight on his hand,” Burnham told Murnaghan of Sky News.

“It is questionable whether he has a mandate for cuts on that scale because he didn’t spell out before the election where the cuts were going to fall. That was wrong.”

Previously, Osborne and Cameron only commented on an overall £12 billion Welfare cuts and the details they gave were “reduced benefit cap, freeze most working age benefit for two years and take away housing benefit for under 25s.”

This statement would not cover £12billion Welfare Cuts and therefore there must be a lot more which they hide because they know it would cause an uproar.

Cameron also promised not to touch benefits for the elderly and child benefit but since so many of his promises were broken the real plan of the Tories’£12billion Welfare Cuts has to be seen next months when the full details supposed to be spelled out.

Despite the great attendance of the anti-austerity protest march on Saturday all over the UK cities; Osborne and Ian Duncan Smith, Work and Pension, published an article in the Sunday Times that they will go ahead with £12billion Welfare Cuts as planned. They also urged Labour to work with them alongside.

They said: “Even after the comprehensive rejection of their position by the British people in the last month’s general election, Labour seems determined to go on as before. But even now, appeal to their leadership candidates to engage constructively with us and support the further saving we must make to make welfare fairer and more affordable while protecting pensioners and vulnerable.”

Wonderful words and so concerning as the Tories always find them to trumpet them out to impress the public. But tell that to the over 1,000 suicides and their families because they lost their disability benefit or homes because of the Bedroom Tax or because ATOS forced them to find a job, despite being disabled or have a fatal illnesses, when there is already high unemployment.

Instead to cancel these extra investigation by Atos, contract £1million, when their lost the contract and ended up with a backlog of 700,000 cases where disability benefit was cut and people receive no money, the government should have cancel it. Now they employ an American firm MAXIMUS which had been in court already in the US for fraud and ill-treatment of disabled people.

Instead of cutting £12billion further in Welfare the government should look into their own back yard.

Reduce the House of Lords form 840 each can charge a £300 when attending and expenditure if they sitting late.  They also refuse to join with the catering of the House of Commons which might not be so extravagant but does not serve beans of toast with cups tea only.

MoD wasted £6million on earplugs which are useless.  £50million of faulty or useless equipment or bought in errors

Whitehall wasted £5billion in a year for errors, unused equipment and compensation.
William Hague uses £2,000 a day taxpayers’ money to have a luxurious apartment in London.

Tory MP Eric Pickles spend approximately £50,000 on trip to China, private plane, exclusive Hotels; despite PM forbidden to travel by First Class.

Osborne, himself the great saver, spent £43,000 on Lawyers to stop to cap bank bonuses, while people are starving. The cap of bonuses is 100 per cent of their salaries but at the moment can be over 200 per cent.

MPs employ relatives and add further to their already high salaries and expenditures. It amounts to a bill increased by 50 per cent in the last four years and it is now £3.8million. In 2010 it was £2.4million when Labour was in power.

DWP cuts benefits but pays a £44million bonuses. A new computer system which supposed to do the reform automatically costing £500million but has never worked.

£19 trillion was siphoned off from the Treasury and sent to a Tax haven, according to newspapers.  The total is now £39trillion which is known.

Luxurious travels made by MPs in the last four years cost £50million.

Ministry of Justice cost £29million in the last five years on taxis, First Class train and flights

Westminster Officials spent £518,635 of tax payers' money on procurement cards and has increase by £80,000 from the year before. Altogether it is £1.8million during the last five years.

This bound to be only a part of the wasted taxpayers’ money and Chancellor George Osborne could save billions if he would bother to look into it. The Prime Minister alone claims £20,000 per month for mortgage even though he has a fortune of underestimated £30million.

Last year the MPs had a 10 per cent salary increase and will have this year too despite austerity.

Austerity is nothing but a con and only applies to the general public but the Chancellor should cut the above mentioned waste of taxpayers' money.

UK'S CHANCELLOR GEORGE OSBORNE ON THE RACK AGAIN

Hopefully they are turning the wheels well. The Chancellor, as some newspaper mentioned, should have a kick up the arrears.  This ‘financial wizard’ had to borrow £62million in Jul, 2013 when the City financiers expected a surplus of £2.5billion but they did not reckon with George Osborne’s great magic wand. So, where did the difference go?

July is known as a great months for the Treasury because the corporation and income tax are coming in more than any other month.

We might be the plebs in the Elite’s eyes but they make one mistake to think the public is stupid. Today with the newspapers and Internet we are more informed than ever before.  Therefore, the question has be to answer what is going on?

==================================================
PLEASE BE SO KIND AN DCLICK ON ADVERTS.  THANK YOU
==================================================

British manufacturing is at a high for two years according to the CBI and therefore the economy should see tax income rise and welfare cost fall but Mr Osborne by a sheer miracle saw himself forced to borrow £62million to balance the books.

The CBI reported further that 37 per cent of the firms in this sector having reported a rise of output in contrast to 21 per cent saying it had fallen. There is a gap of 16 per cent and it is the biggest since August 2011.

Since the City expected a £2.5billion and they surely know what they are talking about what is really going on behind the closed doors? Creaming off is one thing but bucketing when people have to starve and in the coming winter have to freeze because this great Government will not curb the energy suppliers is below any irresponsibility. It is unscrupulous.

Last month the Office for National Statistics announced an increase of Britain’s national overdraft to £1.2trillion and the Government has borrowed £36.8billion in the last three months in comparison to the same period in 2012 of £35.1billion. Yet, David Cameron and George Osborne have the callous manners of pointing the finger continuously at Labour.  Do they really think the public is so stupid and buys it? It is pathetic and goes down to the level of four-year old kids in which age kids always make fun of others and point fingers. It really is going all too far.

Even the Treasury has the nerve to announce that the economy is moving from rescue to recovery. We heard that since they came into power. Yet, Labour Gordon Brown who experienced the worst crash called the credit crunch which was a lie from America but he manage to have a 2.5 per cent GDP when he handed it over to this, always sneering at him when in the opposition, David Cameron.  The 2.5 GDP vanished within three months.

So, how much longer is the Conservative Party allowed to run Britain the country and its people into the ground until somebody powerful enough stops them?  I like the title Conservative; it should be Demolishing Party because that is what they have been doing for three year and will carry on doing. How they ever came into power, even with a minority, leaves me and most of the public wonder after the damage Margaret Thatcher done to this country which was more than enough for any memory? They call themselves English and even go that far to say they are proud of it yet they constantly destroy this country? It should never be allowed.

IN JUNE 2013 ALONE £2BILLION FUEL TAX FOR THE TREASURY -- Updated 11 Feb., 2015

UPDATE: 11 February 2015 -- Petrol prices have dropped but the Treasury is still getting their full share of around £2billion a month. It would not be surprising, if the Tories win the petrol prices will go up again, like a rocket. It would not be a surprise all this sudden drop of crude oil price is for the benefit of a Tory win. Through their bankers, financiers and Bilderberg they have a long reach.  As for the oil producers it will not make any difference if they reduce it for a year. They got more than enough money sitting about.

UPDATE: 7 February 2014 -- At the moment the petrol prices are reduced by around £0.10 which gives the car owners a great relief but is amazing that all of sudden it can be done in spite of the Chancellor threaten, last September, to put a tax rise of 5p on it. Has it anything to do with the general election coming up in 2015? Hopefully voters do not fall for all the promises the second time; promises in 2010 which none had been fulfilled. What a con!

UPDATE:  20 August 2013 - A news report stated the motorist is to be warned there is 5p per litre tax rise on the way and will be in force before the end of next month. The Petrol Retailer Association gives the reason of rising cost of crude oil and the unrest in Egypt and Syria. The increase would bring the cost of petrol close to 145 which will hit hard with all the other increases of 10 per cent on energy supplies and railways. Now only the postage which is always increased before Christmas and bus fares which also always go up around January are missing. Yet David Cameron does not lift a finger to stop it.

The AA official figure shows that motorist handed over £2billion in fuel duty to the Treasury.  This is for one month alone. The increase of petrol sale generated in June a £929million. In spite of that petrol prices are rising again, on the quite.  Diesel also contributed £929million of fuel duty last month.

It is a disgrace to find out that the motorist has to pay almost 40pc on the price of petrol and with added VAT it comes to 60pc per litre. Surely that must be highest priced petrol in Europe if not in the world.
The fuel duty increased from 45.82p per litre in 2001 to 57.95 as of today.

Under pressure from the newspaper The Sun and its campaign “Keep It Down” the Chancellor George Osborne frozen the duty for the last two years. Since it is the last two years would my suspicion be wrong to think that it could be in the next budget in September?

It wasn’t so long ago that prices reach a £140.9 and the Transport Union of the haulage drivers threatened with strike. The Petrol Tanker Drivers promised they would join and back them up. This would have meant that every major road exit would have been blocked and the country would have been at a standstill. Even David Cameron and George Osbourne could not effort it and the prices went down to £130.9.

However, ever since prices started to increase again on the quiet. At the moment they are at 137.9 already. Will this Government ever learn?  Every one can see their method and it is no madness. They let it go up slowly and when they have to face the consequence of a possible strike they bring it down again but in the meantime they have million of pounds in their pocket. It is a cat and mouse game but of course to the cost of the motorists.

EU COSTS £6,000 EACH FAMILY PER YEAR

It is most probably increased if not doubled with added new fund for countries who are in debts and 'need to be supported' to be able to enter the EU. As if it solves the problem? When they are in debt already they will add to the queue of bail-out countries. Brussels' politics are absolute lunacy.  Yet, PM David Cameron signed another £10billion to the fund while introducing austerity and people are starving and have rely on food banks. There are over 1,000 food banks in Britain.

A leading economist stated that the people in the UK losing £150billion every year while staying in the European Union. This incredible amount would break down to around £6,000 every year for each family. Surely this is an irresponsible situation and should be the first place where austerity applied.  What is the coalition thinking of? Accordingly it amounts to a tenth of UK’s output.

The public is asking and pressuring more and more to have a referendum. Again the government keeps promises but when it comes to it, it is just ‘forgotten’. Surely they know that it would a solid 'YES' all round.

It was also pointed out that in the EU is waste, fraud and corruption which is no surprise at all or a great revelation. Furthermore, the EU ‘misallocation of resources’ through market-distorting policies and potential costs should the EU collapse.

The Daily Express newspaper is running a campaign to get out of the EU.  It received hundreds of thousands of signatures supporting the campaign. These established facts, mentioned above, are proving that withdrawal should be made as soon as possible. It looks as if it were definitely better to be an independent sovereign national like Norway and Switzerland or Canada or Australia. To waste every year a £150billion is absolutely ludicrous.

The impact of leaving the EU might not give the UK the £150billion because there will loss of trade no doubt but even half or let’s be pessimistic a few per cent will improve UK economic drastically. Furthermore, there won’t any restriction from Brussels anymore especially the so called ‘Human Rights’ from Strasbourg will lose it power in the UK.

If it will be a sovereign and independent Britain again it can build up its trade slowly but it would benefit from it altogether. Furthermore, there is trade to be had outside the EU.

Mr Robert Oxley, of the Tax-payers Alliance stated it is high time the government put their people first instead start trembling the moment the suggestion is made to leave the EU.

A fine example of the waste of time and money in Brussels. Apparently it took about ten years to get legislation through to stop Battery Hens. If that is not madness or trying to look busy while earning high wages, it is. One of the top minister stated that if there is a comma in the wrong place they send the whole paperwork back. Now is that where we want to waste our hard earned money? It seems that Brussels puts out legislation and mostly ridicules and then it takes almost ten years either to rectify it or cancel it altogether. Look at the crazy law of the fishing. If the fisherman have caught, and quite a quantity, over their quota they have to throw the dead fish overboard. Now this had been going on for at least a decade if not more. Then surprise, surprise the fish stock reduces.

IT  IS  DEFINTELY  MORE THAN  HIGH  TIME  THE  UK  GETS  OUT  OF  THE  EU.

BRITAIN AXED MILITARY FORCES -- Update 26 Feb., 2015

UPDATE: 26 February, 2015 -- What kind of politic is that? The Government is spending over £30million  on adverts to recruit soldiers, RAF and Navy personnel. These recruits need training which cost additional money while the previously sacked army were fully trained.  This is sheer loony. The axed personnel are most probably still on benefit which is another waste of money.

UPDATE: 1 March 2014 -- In spite of all the redundancy the Government is still planning to axe 1,400 soldiers. Adding to the previous redundancies in the last three years it is adding a great number of unemployed people.  People who have been trained just for a particular job and have no other knowledge will find it hard to get a job especially in a situation of 2.5million unemployment. Yet, the Government make us belief in reducing unemployment.

UPDATE:  25 January 2013  ---  A further redundancy in the Armed Forces had been announced. There will be another 5,300 soldiers lose their job. This will bring down the total to 82,000 and is the lowest for 200 years. Where does the government think they find jobs in a high unemployed market? Most of them will end up as unemployed and receiving benefit. Then the government is surprised when the benefit payments double and treble. What kind of policy is this/

This is now the second time and in a very short time where armed forces being axed. This time about 4,000 personnel of soldiers and officers had lost their job. Quite a number were fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan which was an illegal war started by Mr Bush and involved Mr Blair. It all cost too many lives and didn’t bring peace.

This time it is the RAF and Navy which are mostly losing their men. On the list are six RAF air vice-marshals and 30 group captains.

Overall the RAF are earmarked for 115 squadron leaders

The NAVY will not fare any better with being on the list for five commodore and 15 captains and all together 30,000 Royal Naval personnel.

It was also announced the 500 private and 400 Ghurkhas will receive their redundancy notice. It will especially hit hard the Ghurkhas who fought so willingly and known as the best force in the British Army. They are not allowed to receive British Citizenship and therefore most probably no financial benefits.  This is a disgrace if ever there was one.

In stage three it is the Army which will lose about 20,000 soldiers right across.
There are several points to said about this irresponsibility

The first point which comes to mind is that there is always money available to bail-out countries as well as foreign aids which do nothing but go into the pocket of the various governments.

The second point is the impact of human and military of these job losses. Again most of them fall on social benefit which costs money and does not produce anything.

The third point is that it will reduce Britain to a very low military power. Especially at a moment when there is still Afghanistan fighting going on. The Falklands in danger of being claimed by Argentine, Iraq, Egypt, Libya and Syria are an increasing threat to peace, trade and economy. Hard negotiation over all these dangerous developments will not work if these countries are aware the military force is not there.

The argument by the Coalition that part-time reserve would fill the gap if it comes to the worst is nothing but ludicrous.

A Ministry of Defence spokesman pointed out that the multi-billion deficit has to be reduced.  The plan is to reduce the Army by 82,000 by 2020, Navy and RAF by 5,000

Many of the overworked British Armed Forces applied for redundancy. Their fear of a future in an Armed Force having to work twice is hard of which they are already pushed to total exhaustion being under-staffed already.

On an overall view of the not very clever politics of the present government there are 15,000 policemen lost their job at a time of a crime wave never seen before.

The Olympics is coming up very shortly and the government counter argument to this was that the army would be deployed. On 12 June 2012 -- 4,000 Army personnel and 30,000 Royal Navy personnel lost their job. The Army is still fully deployed in Afghanistan and can’t put down their arms to go back to secure the Olympics safety.

Well let’s hope they know what they doing in practice and not just with statistics and on paper.

The last point is to make that the Ministry of Defence “found” £12billion. What happen to it? This £12billion was sitting there when everything was being paid. Therefore, is the ministry of Defence really in such a high deficit?

UK GREAT CHANCELLOR MR OSBORNE REQUEST £140BILLION -- Update 26 Feb., 2015

UPDATE: 26 February, 2015 -- Looking back we can only ask again where did all that money go? People are now starving and rely on 1,000 food banks. loosing their homes every 11 minutes;the refuge centres are being closed down because the councils'budget had been cut so drastically and people living on the street or even caves.

SO WHERE DID THAT MONEY GO?

UPDATE: 25 JANUARY 2013  ---  Where did all that money go? It certainly did not show any improvement in the country or the economy or reduction in the deficit. On the contrary!!!!!

This is a revelation a real revelation. He told the Bank of England to release £140billion.  This is pouring oil into the fire.

Last year he requested £70bilion and there was nothing to heard of afterwards. Now where did that money go? It supposed to be there to either boost small businesses or help starting them up. Just before the end of the year there were rumours that so many small businesses were not given a loan. However, we read every week of massive bonuses being handed out on top huge salaries even when the bank was making losses.

No matter how much the tax payers demanded to stop these bonuses it was never made. The glorious four on the top just kept avoiding the issue. Especially Mr Osborne has made a name for himself for vanishing when it got too close. He now received a nickname “Submarine” because of his constant diving.

Today we read in the papers that he gave the go-ahead of releasing £140billion and all for the same purpose. Now what made him think £140billion will do to the sinking economy what £70billion didn’t do last year?  Furthermore, £140billlion will go the same way as the £70billion went.  So there go the Fat Cats going to get the cream again.

There is still the picture of David Cameron in the opposition when Mr Brown announced he has to borrow at the time of the Credit Crunch and it wasn’t half as much as this Coalition keeps on borrowing. Mr Cameron first of all kept accusing Mr Brown of his failure which wasn’t his doing because the Credit Crunch spread from American across the World. Then he shouted and laughed into the man’s face that he has to borrow. Yes, now the show is on the other foot and a much bigger one, he keeps quiet. To me these are no principles even for a politician who are known for twisting and turning around.

Experts like Graeme Leach who is chief economist at the Institute of Directors, said: “Facing a bombardment from the Eurozone, the Chancellor and Governor are calling up the euro crises  are not eager to borrow.”
The Export has shown a slum in April and so had the construction industry.  Therefore, there is no way anybody increase a loan in those two markets which usual give an indication of economical growth.
Furthermore, due to the great austerity wages have slammed by 7 percent which again has an impact on the economy. It is the biggest drop in wages since the sixties.

Regarding the mortgage section it will also show a drop of demand because many people lost their home by repossessions and due to the low wages will not request a loan.

NOW WE ARE COMING BACK TO THE BIG QUESTION AGAIN.  WHERE WILL THAT MONEY GO?

The Chancellor is lumbering the country constantly with more and more debt which the tax payer will have to bath out for decades. Yet, it is so obvious even to the man in the street that it will not be used for loans to increase production which means increase of job, encourage small businesses, construction industry because there is no demand for houses or starting up new businesses.

After the last £70billion being “poured into the economy” the UK experienced a double-tip recession in the first six months of this year. Since David Cameron was shouting about ‘Transparency’ in his election manifesto can we have some transparency on the £70billion?
