NHS PAYS PRIVATE COMPANIES TENS OF MILLIONS POUNDS

It seems to be getting official the NHS is going to be dissolved, after all these rumours, and replaced by Insurance companies. It is the worst, for some the final, knock for average, poor and disabled people. Obviously, Johnson and his gang will not worry like they do not about the 60,000 CV19 death and 130,000 deaths caused by Austerity.

Despite of these records May still denies NHS is in crisis

So far, it is so bad this winter that people die in ambulances, hospitals' corridors or waiting at home for ambulances but the winter has only just began. 80 people died in the last 3 weeks.

As if it is not enough that agencies are creaming off the NHS for supplying nursing staff and doctors now a private company receiving tens of millions a year to ease the bed blocking crisis.  It is no wonder the NHS is in a financial crisis and it is done purposely to speed up privatisation.

The reason is, again, the Government’s massive cuts to social care.

When patients are ready to leave the hospital, there is nowhere for them to go to. The hospital is in desperate need for free beds and therefore NHS has to send patients to private hospitals or private care homes.

The NHS Partners Network reports that beds are reserved in private hospitals for patients from an NHS hospital. It began as an emergency arrangement and then developed into a permanent arrangement.

So far, there is a 110 per cent rise since 2010, for patients needing a place in nursing homes. This put a bill of tens of millions a year on the NHS which could have been easily avoided if the Government would not have been cutting social services.

But of course, the Department of Health would have a counter argument: “We’re investing £2billion in social care to ensure those in old age get the dignified care they deserve.”

Shadow Health Secretary Jonathan Ashworth said: “Theresa May’s utter failure to get a grip on the ongoing crisis facing our health and care system.

“Shifting the burden on the private sector at extortionate cost is not in the long-term interest of NHS finance or patient welfare.”

No, but it is in the interest of the fatcats who are there waiting for the NHS to be privatised and the Government is determined to do.

PM MAY EQUAL SOCIETY BIGGEST LIE

She used the phrase "Equal Society" again in her speech in Parliament about details of Brexit on 9 Oct., 2017

PM May reassurance on 27 Jan., 2017of an Equal Society shows more and more evidence that it is another lie. They are more likely a "Rigged Society" and there is us.

Disability Benefit gets cut from £102 to £73 a week in April does not look like an Equal Society; NHS and School in cash crisis while she gives £100million to Turkey, £100billion for Trident and rising to £200bn, not even using British Steel to save their jobs, estimated £40billion for HS2 and it will  be nearer the £100billion, a white elephant, etc, etc, etc,

PM May in all her luxury and all paid by taxpayers who, despite of working, finding it hard to make ends meet.
The NHS and now schools are having financial deficits for far too many months and PM May being in power to eliminate it almost immediately did not only ignore it but recently denied it.

But PM May thrown all her power behind Trident nuclear project even to the extent of withholding evidence of a test failure just weeks before MPs’ vote.
She also rushed off to China to finalise the contract for China to build two Nuclear Power Station. which nobody wants, in the UK with Chinese Steel while British Steel is another victim of the Tory’s Governments.
Evidently there is no difference between David Cameron, George Osborne and Theresa May.
New News report revealed that the Treasury Dept has taken back the promised £384million fund for schools in England at the worst time when Head Teachers protesting about the financial crisis.
The fund was announced last year with a plan to change all school into academics but when it was opposed the Treasure took back the most needed cash.
Heat Teachers are outraged since schools are facing the same financial crisis as NHS but the Dept of Education stated: “The return of funds was appropriate if the project did not go ahead.” But the point against this statement is that the funds are there and since schools are already in a cash crisis why not let them have it. Is it not more likely the point?
Head Teachers are now so under pressure that they face to make a decision to either reduce teaching staff or have a four days a week schooling.
The NHS and schools desperate situation arises in a country which is the sixth richest in the world and there are billions of pounds available for HS2 luxury train, Trident Nuclear project and bombing Syria.
Schools are earmarked for another privatisation.
The £500millon school funding was announced last year by ex-Chancellor Georg Osborne with a link to compulsory government academy policy. The plan was cancelled after a rebellion by Conservative backbenchers.
Dept of Education said the remaining £100million was spent on other education project.
Educational Secretary Justine Greening faces increasing pressure over gaps in school funding.
School leaders are at their limit and see no other way but to reduce either staff or school hours.
Of course, Dept of Education Secretary Justine Greening would insist that schools receive a record level of funding and revealed further that a new funding formula with be distributed more fairly.  You pet you last penny that it will never be issued or it will mean further cut-backs.
Justine Greening , another ‘yes’ MP is already known for doing nothing when she was under pressure by public to cut the Foreign Aid budget because people were starving in the UK. Therefore, there is not a lot of hope to improve the schools’ budgets.
However, the fact remains that even in the very well off West Sussex region; Head Teachers writing endless letters pointing out their budget shortage.

NHS AT COLLAPSE CAN LABOUR SAVE IT Update 27 July 2020

Update 27 July. 2020
Nothing has improved on the contrary PM Johnson is willing to sell the NHS to the USA which means total Private Insurance at highest fees for UK.

Its heart-breaking but Johnson's Tory Party has a big majority and is now a dictatorship. Therefore the public and Labour are powerless besides Labour has a new Leader Sir Keir Starmer who is Right Wing and more Conservative than Labour. NO HOPE THERE.

The picture proves that the privatisation was planned a long time ago. It shows Jeremy Hunt's real face.
Even Thatcher was already hoping to do it, accordingly to the revelation of newly released documents, but for the uproar of her own Cabinet. Apparently, the Cabinet had still principles and consciences which vanished in the meantime.

After ex-PM David Cameron kept constantly selling contracts operating in the NHS, axing 5,000 nurses and replacing them with agency’s staff which nothing but filled the pockets of his friends which brought now the NHS to its breaking point.

The new PM May sold another 200 contracts to Richard Branson who already bought privatised train services and is known as one of  the worst trains operator. He will do now the same to the NHS because contractors are only after profit for themselves and their shareholders (guess who).

After a record high of waiting lists, ambulances stuck in a queue outside the A&E because there are no beds available and doctors to handle the patience, corridors full with patience on beds waiting, the PM May has the unbelievable nerve to state that there is no NHS crisis.

Even the Red Cross which is purely there for great disasters had to be brought in because of it and highlighted the situation even more.  Is she still thinking she can convince the public? The people who are in the forefront of the crisis and suffer most.  Or is she pretending to safeguard her privatisation of the NHS? This is more likely.

Where are the MPs who had been elected by the people to protect their rights? Are they all waiting for the privatisation for getting a part of the fat from insurances which will be high and unaffordable like America?
The MPs did not stop any other privatisation so far which double and trebled prices plus is still subsidised by the taxpayers. In other words they cashing in on payments from the taxpayers and their subsidies.
As David Cameron said: “We want a majority to finish the work we have started.” How the Tory got a majority after five years ruining the country is still a myth and questionable?
In my opinion it is high time the Tories are made to quit.

No way are people that easily blindfolded after bringing the whole public down to starvation and homelessness by Welfare cuts and austerity.  At the same time creating the highest number of millionaires and billionaires in the world.

So, the question remains still what happened at the General Election 2015? The whole nation was shocked that the Tories won again and therefore something was not right there.

GE19 was 'won' by a Tory Majority which was a coup. Jeremy Corbyn was all our hope for saving our NHS, cancelling Austerity and had 600,000 members. He resign after that and BOD chosen Sir Keir Starmer who brought Labour from Left to Right Wing which means from Socialism to Capitalism.

TORIES CREATE PURPOSELY NHS DEFICIT TO PRIVATISE Update 12 August 2020

Update 12 August, 2020
T May had to resign and Boris Johnson was chosen. He seems to be even worse. He refused to buy sufficient, and in February, PPE and Ventilators which cost 60,000 lives. It includes 20,000 in Care Homes because Johnson decided to sent CV19 patients there to clear NHS's beds; without testing again whether they are free.

During Johnson's time the NHS gone worse despite always 'pledging' funds for NHS because he is planning to sell NHS to Trump. USA has one of the worst Health Care since it is mainly run by private Insurance and that Johnson wants to introduce to UK to give his friends a boost.

Update 16 Jan., 2017 --
PM May speech of "Equal Society" became a joke when she denied there is such a great NHS crisis even after the Red Cross had to get involved to help out.

Stop pulling wool over our eyes telling the NHS is in deficit because of the ageing population or the health tourists or any other excuses.

It is in deficit since the Tory Government continuously pulling big sums of money out of the NHS. David Cameron had been doing it for years for various flagship which never resulted into any improvement but bound not to have put the money back again.

In 2012 Tory/LibDem Coalition had axed 5,000 nurses and doctors.  He hired private consultants, his friends,  to deal with it and paid them over £5million. It had a huge impact on the service. Then they had the bright idea to plug the hole with agency staff which costs three times as much. Somebody in the background must have made a huge amount of money at the cost of the NHS.

Furthermore, they sold  over 200 contracts which had a further massive impact on the NHS.

Now again Richard Branson, one of the blue-eyed boys of the Tories, bought another 200 contracts. Richard Branson has a legendary name for his badly and costly run train service but he was given another 200 NHS contracts. It is doubtful that he and the other contractors will give the same quality service as the NHS staff. Contractors are after most profit and therefore run it on a minimum staff, low qualifications and therefore lower paid. It is an open secret.

Another fine example what swindles are going on to bring the NHS to it breaking point is the salaries of chief executives. There are over 50 chief executives who earn over £500,000 per year plus benefits. Are the top surgeons earning that much? These people studied for years and highly qualified not like some jumped-up chief executive. The did not even give the nurses a 1 per cent pay rise.

A recent scandal was leaked that Katherine Percy, Chief Executive, was sacked and given a £190,000 golden handshake despite of her walking into another job as a special advisory in the NHS earning a £240,000 plus benefit package. How many other cases like that which the public did not hear about, but bound to bring the NHS into a financial crisis?

These are the real reasons which are bringing the NHS down.

David Cameron promised, in his last General Election campaign, to fund the NHS with £8billion a year. If he kept his word the NHS would not be in a financial crisis but as usual David Cameron never keeps his word. He also sold the NHS for £780million. Has the money gone into the NHS? I personally doubt it and so do many others.

Tories are determined to break the NHS and it is a miracle it has not happened yet with the pressure put on it. It is only due to the dedicated staff that it survived so far.

As the recently released paper showed Margaret Thatcher already planned to demolish the NHS and the Welfare state purely for the reason because it was established by Labour. Apparently, the Cabinet, who were all her most faithful, went into revolt. She shelved it but never forgot it. She must have left it for Cameron as her last will and legacy.

It also shows how the morals and principals in the Tory’s Cabinet have deteriorated. Today, none of the bats an eyelid seeing the NHS constantly and insistently being broken up, bit by bit, to achieve the final death of the NHS.

The real reason behind is to feather the nest of private insurers which then feather the nest of shareholders, guess who.

The result is that ordinary people will struggle to pay the high fees, and it will be when they got the monopoly, like in America and most go without it living in constant fear of illness and death.

Today, working people paying high amounts of National Insurance fees and the question remains where does the money go?  There is the NHS in deficit and the pension pot is empty. It is apparent, from the few samples mentioned above, that the money is squandered to serve the purpose to break up the NHS and the Welfare State.

It is so obvious because in the last budget the NHS and Welfare was never mentioned.

MORE CUTS PLANNED FOR NHS

TO SPEED-UP PRIVATISATION. HOW DARE THEY??????

More cuts are planned for the NHS which would lead to longer queues for treatment. At the moment the waiting list is 18 weeks or longer and according to data it has increased by 40 per cent in a year.

October 2015 it shows a 293, 904 people were on the waiting list after being referred to a hospital for treatment. The rapid increase shows in this October, 2016 with a 360,266 people on the waiting list for 18 weeks.

In October, 2014 it was a 169,907 people.

Only these few figures show and prove the decline of the NHS service and it is done purposely. By now nobody can tell the public otherwise.

It also shows the false promises and lies which were given at General Elections and ever since for improvement of waiting lists

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt vowed to tackle the high number of 12-months waiting in 2014 but experts said the crisis is the worst in living memories.

The public is fully aware of it and it is high time Jeremy Hunt, PM May and Chancellor Philip Hammond stop blind-folding them. They only lose the trust of the public even more.

In one week alone, ending December 18, the Ambulance and Emergency departments (A&E) had to deal with 374,268 cases. It was an increase of 10 per cent for the same time last year.

NHS asks, since the Christmas and  New Year period will be ahead to try and avoid to go to the A&E to lessen the waiting time and their workload. They advised to contact their GP or NHS emergency phone line 111 for advice or pharmacies.

Today the working people are paying a very high National Insurance contribution and only a small number need hospital treatment and it is therefore hard to understand that the NHS is in a financial crisis.

It would be interesting to know where those billions of pounds from  National Insurance Contributions really go to.

It is also hard to accept that the Government axed over 5,000 nurses and then employed agency staff to replace it. Everyone knows that agency staff cost three times as much as permanent staff plus adding the millions of pounds of redundancy money makes it look like a lunatic plan.

Or was there a method of the madness to feather some friend’s agency and at the same time to increase the NHS financial crisis? Looking at it like that it makes more sense for the Government but a great loss for the general public.

HEALTH SECRETARY JEREMY HUNT BLATANT LIES

At a time when the NHS is almost run into the ground and everyone is aware of it, Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt gave a speech in which he dares to say blatant lies: "Tax-funded NHS is the single thing that makes us most proud to be British."

The NHS is funded by, now-a-days very high, National Insurance which comes on top of the tax.

Jeremy Hunt and his Tories ex-PM David Cameron and ex-Chancellor George Osborne are the main operators to bring the NHS down. The new PM May seems to do the same.

They made it clear that they want to demolish the NHS to introduce the private insurance system of the USA which would give them and their shareholders' friends a massive increase in shares and dividends.

Jeremy Hunt added his plan is

1) expanding access
2) record number of doctors and nurses
3) set up an independent inspection regime
4) investing in new technology.

It sounds very well and impressive but reading between the lines and looking at the recent history of NHS it soon looks a Smoke and Mirror.

=================================================

In view of 1) Jeremy Hunt keeps closing Ambulance & Emergency department to such an extent that ambulances have to drive further afield for miles to seek an A&E Department which could take their patients. Even whole hospitals are already or earmarked to be closed. It is in total contradiction to his statement.

The crisis has now escalated to an extent where ambulances, some time up to 10 or 15, queuing up at the A&E depts because there are no beds available to book their patients in. Their patients are an emergency. During that time, while they are waiting, an emergency 999 caller can not get an ambulance. It had been known people have to wait an hour or two or even longer for an ambulance to arrive which can be fatal.

What is Jeremy Hunt talking about? Whom is he kidding? Himself -  because the public are fully aware of the terrible situation. He surely is fully aware of it but is so callous to put up a smoke screen and white wash the whole situation for his own sake as well as the Tory Party.

Regarding number 2) is again nothing  but a contradiction  because ex-PM Cameron axed 5,000 nurses and doctors paying an outside Consultancy £5million to decide whose is going to be sacked. Then, bright sparks Tories, employed agency staff to fill the jobs which costs three times as much. All in all it was just another way to bleed the NHS dry.

Oh they are clever boys trying to kid the public!!!!

The promised set up of an independent inspection regime, mentioned in 3), is again an extra costs coming out of the NHS pocket and going into pockets of Tory's friends. No way are they an independent inspection regime being chosen by Jeremy Hunt or the Government.

As for 4) it is admirable that he wants to spend on new technology but experience shows that top quality equipment are exclusive for private patients.

In my opinion and surely many people see it the same way that Jeremy Hunt is nothing but a glove puppet first to David Cameron and now to the new PM May.

Every one is aware now unless there is a complete change in Government the NHS and also the Welfare State is being demolished. Jeremy Hunt can safe his blindfold.

It must be part of the Tory's bible because recent released paper showed that Margaret Thatcher was planning to demolish the NHS and the Welfare State but her Cabinet almost had a riot and she scrabbed the plan but apparently just shelved it. The real reason is that Labour introduced the Welfare State which is a thorn in the Tory's side.

Jeremy Hunt also 'promised' a £10million a year fund for the NHS to bring it back to a high standard. The problem is that David Cameron in his General Election campaigns in 2015 already 'promised' a £8million a year which was obviously not held like all his other promise.

Why was the £10million for the NHS not mentioned in the Autumn Budget? The answer is obvious.

DISGRACED NHS CHIEF EXECUTIVE KATRINA PERCY £190K PAY OFF.

How many others executives were axed because of uselessness, giving a Golden Handshake and some received another job within?

It shows again how corrupt NHS  became under the Tory Government, Karina Percy had to step down as chief executive of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust in August.

Anger spilled over after refusal to investigate the unexpected of not only a few but hundreds of death of patients between 2011 and 2015.

The Trust provides community health, mental health and learning disability services in Hampshire, Dorset, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

In April they received a warning from inspectors that they still not protecting patience ensuring strict procedures and investigate.

Karina Percy not only received a £190,000 golden good-bye package but walked straight into a specially advisory role at the Trust with the same £240,000 a year payment and benefit package.

The news provoked a great fury since she and Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt have no concern about the hundreds of death nor the financial state of the NHS. Furthermore there are a great number of chief executives earning £500,000 or more. All part and parcel of bringing the NHS down and privatise it.

Now to crown it all, she is leaving with the equivalent of a year's pay after the Trust's "reflection" concerning the public, patients and family.

It would not be a surprise if she pops up somewhere else in a top position with high income and benefits.

One of the mothers whose son Connor Sparrowhawk drowned in the bath at his care home during an epileptic fit said: "Utterly disgraceful".

It is nothing but an insult to families who lost a loved one and again the taxpayers have to foot the bill.

It also proves and shows that nothing has changed when Theresa May became the new Prime Minister.

TORIES NEARLY BROKEN NHS Update 14, Nov.2016

UPDATE: 14 Nov., 2016 --
BBCNews announced today that there is a plan of 44 cuts of NHS hospital and A&E closures. Details are secret but it would surely cripple the NHS more. Where are the promised £8bn for the NHS? PM May is worse than Cameron and the soonest a Snap Election is held the better.

Richard Branson, owner of Virgin, bought 200 contracts from the NHS for £700million. Branson is known, from his trains, to cut service and staff to the bare minimum or even beyond if possible. PM May none the better.

UPDAYE 15 July, 2016 --
Mr Hunt has been re-elected as Health Secretary and is at the moment negotiating a contract to privatise the Senior Staff Section, obviously nothing has changed. He has not solved the Junior Doctors' strike and already privatise another section.

The Tories are still determined to break the NHS. High time there is a General Election and the Real Labour comes in with Jeremy Corbyn to save the NHS in the eleventh hours.

My Opinion: Has the PM David Cameron kept his word to pay NHS £8billion? My guess is as good as any other person that he has not. He promised in GE2010 and GE2015 the NHS is safe in his hands. In the GE2015 he will pay £8billion into the NHS. None of the promises had been med or the contrary he breaking the NHS more and more.

The Tory Government has done everything to break the NHS ever since they got into power. They are determined to privatise it, like the USA, so the insurances can have a bonanza and the Tories in shares.  Everyone knows the situation in America; if you do not have an insurance you will not be treated even if your life depends on it. The insurance in the USA are so expensive that many people can not effort it.

Despite all the effort to break the NHS PM David Cameron announced in the two General Election the NHS is safe in their hands. Even now with the EU referendum vote coming up he trumpets about the NHS is safe if voted to remain in EU membership. Does he really belief people swallow it again?
Even Brussels was honest about and stated that remain in Europe would they would stop the NHS.

By now the voters must be feeling like a rotating door in a storm.

NHS leaders put out a rescue plans to safe the closure of the A&E at the North Middlesex Hospital which treats 500 patients a day. Bart Health which is the biggest trust in the UK runs The Royal London offered to help. The hospital faced a loss of 26 junior doctors because they did not get the necessary training.

New consultants will find a new incentive at the North Middles Universal Hospital by gaining experiences at The Royal London in Whitechapel and hopefully it will save the 26 junior doctors and the A&E. They will be doing shifts in one of the world's top trauma centres.

If the North Mid A&E would have to be closed none of the nearby hospitals have the capacity to cope with the extra number of patience.

But apparently it did not worry David Cameron who replied when questioned at parliamentary Premier Question Time: "Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt will continue to monitor this closely." It is again an answer which says everything and nothing for which Mr Cameron really excels himself whenever a question is put to him.

This is no way a Prime Minister should contact himself because people wants to know when asked and deserve a proper answer.

NHS CHIEFS COOK ACCOUNTS BOOKS

NHS chiefs do not cook the books to swipe off money but to bring the NHS deficit down but would not need if Mr Cameron kept his word and invested £8billion as promised.

NHS was established in 1948 by Labour Leader Clement Atlee and is now destroyed by the Conservative Government. They have no right to tough it because it belongs to the people being paid through the National Insurance.

================================================
PLEASE BE SO KIND AND CLICK ON ADVERTS. THANK YOU
================================================

Hospitals show a deficit of £2.45billion for the year 2014/15.

Experts suspecting that the real figure is much higher and could be £2.8billion or even £3billion.

The whistle-blower stated further that millions of pounds are being put through as income.

Pelham Allan, former finance chief at University College London Hospital said: "It's all thanks to some frankly quite heroic accounting to find everything possible in the buckets and pocket that number down to a politically acceptable level."

The final report by NHS Improvement points out the extra cost of £1.4billion for agency staff and around £145milion costs for "bed-blocking".

Again it shows up the Government irresponsibility not having put the promised £8billion into the NHS.

They not only ignore the fact of a great deficit but find the NHS an extra £498million financial penalty for not being able to meet the £316million worth of efficiency saving. They are despicable.

What kind of politics are they allowed to run?

This is not a call for a revolution but surely even a Government has its limit and to live up to their responsibility. If not the MPs are voted in to make sure they do.

Ever since 2010 the NHS is run down, sold off to contractor which have no other interest but pumping out money as much as possible.

The very idiotic idea of sacking 5,000 nurses and doctors with the excuse to save money and then employ agency staff is nothing but putting money into Mr Cameron's friends' pocket.

50 chief executives earning over £500,000 plus bonuses which adds to the expenses and is questionable if they are necessary. Mr Cameron took out £1million for his flagship experiment "Better Care" which sunk.

It is not only the NHS situation but number of other services have been cut down not to mention the Welfare cuts which have gone to far.

The Government forgets that they were voted in by the people and financed by the taxpayers they should be responsible to look after the people's interests. Ever since the Tory were elected they done everything else but that.

Therefore they should be accountable for their action and not do as they like and get away with it. Even so they are the majority but they still have a responsibility to the public.

Mr Cameron seems to be only there for himself and his friends while he screws the general public into the ground. He had his games for far too long and should be stopped.

His politics brings the country down to highest deficit for 67 years and added more debts of £115billion during 2014/15 despite austerity, cut back and privatisation.

So where does the money really go.

HEALTH SECRETARY JAMES HUNT CLAIM IS WRONG

The Health Secretary James Hunt claims that more people die on the weekend which he used as a major point to make doctors work 7-days a week.

At first it was a chocking revelation but at a closer look it showed that only very seriously ill people are admitted into hospitals at the weekend.

=================================================
PLEASE BE SO KIND AND CLICK ON ADVERTS. THANK YOU
=================================================

Therefore as Professor Matt Sutton points out it is sad but the fact is that no matter what care they receive the patients have no chance. Prof Sutton added further that Mr Hunt's force to extent service over the weekend will not save any lives. The result came from a study which looked into 12.5 million emergency admissions to English hospitals over 11 months.

Most of the lesser seriously ill people do get admitted during the week.

The British Medical Association (BMA) said: "The Government needs to look at its rhetoric and the way it is attacking the medical profession."

Mr Hunt used his big argument for rewriting contracts - making it cheaper for hospitals to cover weekend rotas. If Mr Hunt wants to save money he should cut agency staff which cost thrice the money of sacked nurses. He also could save a lot of money on 50 NHS top executives earning over £500,000 a year.

Junior doctors are striking at the moment to get the right payment which they deserve. They can not do enough for you when you are in hospital and are on the go non-stop.

There again, the government sacked doctors soon after they came into power and now employing agency doctors which cost three times as much. Very clever arithmetic Mr Hunt.
Chancellor George Osborne plans to cut the grants for medical students but will not cut the bonuses for Civil Servants on the contrary Mr Cameron even increased it for top Civil Servants.
Mr Cameron would not give 1 percent increase for the nurses but gave MPs a 10 per cent rise whose expenses are all paid for and are, at the moment, on £70,000 a year.

The NHS would not be in such a worst state if Mr Cameron, Mr Hunt and Mr Osborne always keep taking million of pounds out of for all sorts of "Flagships" which never work.

Mr Cameron promised during his Election Campaign to put £8billion a year into the NHS. If he done so why is the NHS's finances getting worse? Another promise which he did not keep.

Do not blame or crucify the Junior Doctors because they want to be paid for the hours they doing. Look at all those fatcats are creating constantly.

UK CHIEF EXECUTIVES SALARIES BONUSES UNACCEPTABLE Update 28 Nov., 2016

UPDATE 28 Nov., 2016 --
Government declared, today, that the salaries for CEO are right and they deserve it.  £4 to £7million a year is debatable. Even top surgeons, who do a far harder and responsible job plus had to study for many years, do not even get half as much.

What is completely out of order are the sky high bonuses of 200 pc to 400 pc of their very high salaries. What does the man work extra or achieve more to deserve these outrageous extras bonuses?

After all, at the end the taxpayers have to pay for it who forever get cut down more.

Every leading CEO’s salary is on average £4.6million a year.

The London School of Economic revealed shocking disclosure of Britain‘s chief executives’ salaries plus bonuses. According to the report they are hugely overpaid and it will not ruin the economy if their salaries and bonuses were slashed, on the contrary it would have positive effects. How do they come to that is hard to understand because as far as we know they spend most of their money abroad.

In a study held by the LSE it was discovered Top 10 international recruitment firms who handle 70 to 90 per cent of chief executive appointments were labelled as corporate kingmakers and the salaries and bonuses for the top chief executive is out of all proportion.

The report also high lighted that post could be filled with 100 people each which would work for far less doing the same job just as efficient or some even better.

It has now come to such a state that nobody would dare to suggest a reduced salary and bonus because it would be professional suicide.

A further outrageous extreme was revealed of Ex-boss of Barclays still received a large bonus even so he was sacked last year.

The study authors write: “If one was to offer to do the job for less, would that tip the decision in his or her favour? All the head-hunters agreed is would be a poor strategy.
“Indeed, it might be the asking for a large remuneration would have a positive effect securing the appointment.

“There was almost universal agreement amongst the search firms that levels of remunerations for CEO in large UK non-financial firms were absurdly high.  All the interviews support the no how on an arbitrary norm for pay, which almost all firms felt was grossly and inappropriately high …. The general view of search firms felt it that a lower norm would not materially affect what happens.”

One head-hunter said: “I think there is an awful lot of FTSE 100 CEO who are pretty mediocre.”

Another added: “I think that the wage drift over the past 10 years, or the salary drift, has been inexcusable, incomprehensible, and it is very serious for the social fabric of the country.”

Just two examples: Morrison CEO Dalton Philips nearly doubled his income to £2.1million before he was sacked.  This alone is contradicting.

Tesco’s boss David Lewis received £4.1million which was an increase to almost three times of his predecessor.

Yet these entire chief executive vote for Conservative Party which bring down the workers to lowest wage possible, starvation and job losses.

Max Steuer, reader emeritus at the LSE and author of the new research paper, Headhunter Methods for CEO Selection, published in the Journal of General Management, said there was little evidence that low pay would secure “brain drain”, as suggested.

The public have been aware for years of the outrageous salaries and bonuses which no man is worth it.

It was established three years ago that Britain has the highest numbers of millionaire bankers in the world but the report has done nothing.  Now this new scandal again but will not make any difference.

It all refers back to the Conservative Government which encouraged in the last six years widening the gap between the rich and poor. It is also part of the “Old Boys Network” and to break it it would bring back the economy on a healthier and trade on a competitive footing.

Under the present Government it is unlikely to happen even so Mr Cameron always emphatically claims “We are all in this together”.

Statistic revealed that 1 percent is educated in Eton, Oxford and Cambridge but 70 to 80 per cent hold top CEO, doctors, lawyers, teachers and government positions. Those school and universities are not only there for teaching but also for establishing contacts to the network.

The report from LSE shows again a closed shop or networking with the establishment which tries to white-wash it with “if they do not get paid the highest salary and bonuses they would go to New York”.

Rumours have it that David Cameron was turned down by a number of blue-chipped banks and he applied to Conservative headquarters for a job in research. The interviewer would have turned him down had he not receive an anonymous phone call from Buckingham Palace advising to take him on.

It needs to be proven but it is doubtful it will be done. According to the report there are 100 for each post able to do the same job for far less money, maybe even better. It will not be put to the test because the tight network would collapse and all would lose out including those high-ranking agencies.

FINANCIAL CUTS Updated 2 Nov., 2019

New Chancellor
Philip Hammond
Update 2 Nov., 2019 - PM May resigned in June 2019 and Boris Johnson was chosen by his Tory Party, not the Public - Philip Hammond resigned and Sajid Javid is now the new Chancellor since July.

Johnson tried to get his Brexit deal approve by Parliament but couldn't because he put an Irish Border at the Irish Sea which is unacceptable. He then  announced a General Election on 12 December, 2019. Brexit was postponed till 31 January, 2020.

There was no new Budget due at the end of September, 2019 and no report of Economic data. The quarterly report before showed a Deficit and it is assumed that the Economy has not improved. Therefore, the reason for not publishing the Economy Report, most probably, was the coming GE.

UPDATED   24 Nov., 2016  --
Yesterday's new Chancellor Philip Hammond's budget was beyond belief. Osborne must have been in it Cut Corporation Tax to 17 pc; only freezing petrol tax not reducing since the crude oil is half the price; no big deal to increase living wages from £7.30 to £7.50; no increase in NHS, Welfare, Disability funding or cancel the Bedroom Tax or cancelling the £12bn Welfare Cuts or Austerity.

NO INCREASE WHERE THE BUDGET SHOULD HAVE!!! It would have given people a right to live and they could spend which would have increased manufacturing = economic.

Announcing at the same time there will be no Budget in Spring.

UPDATED
£12billion Welfare Cuts off the back of the poor and vulnerable but money for bombing Syria. Each mission costs £500million.

SUGGESTING TO SAVE MONEY
Start with the Parliament which is bloated beyond belief. There are 650 MPs and 820 in the House of Lords. According to the statistics only China has a bigger number in their government.

China has a population of 1.360 trillion
UK has a population of 64 million

The reason for the rise of Members of Parliament (MPs) is that the Tory Government keeps splitting the Tory’s constituency to get another candidate into Parliament and with that another vote aiming for a guaranteed majority

Each MP costs at least £70,000 a year plus high expenses = £45,500,000 salaries alone plus expenses from 650 MPs

78 per cent of the MPs are millionaires

It costs the taxpayers £4million a year just for drinks

The Ladies and Lords receive £300 per day if they attend the House of Lords plus expenses. They do not have to do anything or contribute on discussions.

A small number of Lords do not attend the House of Lords at all.

Let us say out of the 820 Ladies and Lords about 750 do attend and £300 per day. = £225,000 plus expenses.  The Parliament only sits 150 days a year, thank goodness, and the total minimum sum is £33,750,000 per year plus expenses.

These are only the salaries and expenses are unknown. The catering was stated with £4million; then the upkeep of wardrobes and building which is not known.

The House of Lords are so arrogant that they refused to share the catering with the House of Common to save.  Chancellor George Osborne forces all the cuts onto the general public yet he does not force them to use the same catering. There could be at least a million of two pounds to be saved.

In view of the above mentioned figures of population and government it should be cut in half and the House of Lords down to 300. Now this would bring hundreds of million pound into the Treasury and it would not even hit the poor. The MPs are all millionaires or even billionaires and each of them have a great number of other jobs. No starvation there and the debts would come down.

For all these high expenses paid by the taxpayers all we get is cut the Welfare, cut the pensioners, cut the councils’ service. Now the Chancellor is jubilant to have an agreement of 30 percent cuts of transport, council service and environment (Parks etc). Again all impacts on the public.

It is time for Mr Cameron to honour his pledge and bring the Tax dodgers to pay their proper amount. They rather pay a group of accountants to find all the loopholes instead to pay taxes.

It would also be more beneficial than cutting the Welfare if Mr Osborne increases the corporation taxes.

More savings could be made at the Department of Defence with cancelling the updating of the Trident = £167billion.

The nuclear Trident can never be used and therefore it is the biggest waste of money

Another ‘White Elephant’ is the luxurious HS2 train, which so far, cost £70billion and keeps rising rapidly. The ticket would be so expensive therefore only rich people can used it and then they write it off on taxes which would be taxpayers footing the bill.

There is also another chance to bring spending down if the Government would cut Foreign Aid. Most of the countries are goes to it ends up in the pocket of the government. The poor for whom it is intended never see it. This goes on since the 1950s and if it would have reached the poor they would live, by now in luxury.

EU’s membership cost £19billion a year then there is the fund for bail-out, even the fund for countries which are too poor to pay the entry fee and all to be added on top of it. All the UK gets out of it is restriction in fishing rights, red tape for business and interference in the UK Law.

For goodness sake get some sense.

TORY PREDICTED NHS £30BILLION SHORTFALL BY 2020

Why was the £8billion not paid into the NHS?  Another broken promise?

To whom are they telling this? The £30billion shortfall is entirely made by the present Tory Government.

The very reason for this madness is to bring the NHS down to breaking point and then it will be closed or sold and fulfil the wish of Margaret Thatcher who wanted the Welfare State destroyed but her Cabinet stopped her. One of her favourite, Cameron, started it and May is already talking about NHS being part of the USA trade deal. What else she is giving to the USA?

Cost of Trident nuclear refurbishment goes 90 per cent to USA but they turned their backs on Bombardier. Get your brain going, May, USA is nobody's friend but just get out what they can.

Cameron promised at the election campaign 2015 that he would invest £8billion a year which would add up to £40billion by 2020. But as usual the Prime Minister never keeps his word.  Instead he demands a £22billion saving to balance the books. A fine turn around but not unexpected from the Tories.

Statistics show that during the year 2013-14 the deficit was £115million. The following year the deficit rose to £822million due to hiring nurses, doctors and matrons from agencies after they sacked 5,000.  It is a total chaotic waste of money.

Previously it was discovered that around 50 chief executives are paid around £500,000 each.  Would the saving start there? Of course not.

Over 200 contracts are employed in the NHS. It is well known that contractors are working with a minimum staff and lowest paid to get the maximum profit. Therefore the quality of work bound to be effected.

During Cameron’s election campaign in 2010 he promised that the NHS will be safe in his hand. When he won the election, soon after, he axed 4,000 senior nurses with a lavish payout of £1,4billion. He also paid £5millions to outside consultants who decided whom to axe. What kind of arithmetic and politics is that?

330 of the 4,000 axed received a payout of more than £200,000.   Most probably they were back the next day hired through agencies.

At the same time Jeremy Hunt, Health Secretary, blocked a 1 percent pay rise for 600,000 hospital staff across the board.

Health minister Dan Poulter said at the time to axe managers and administration staff which would free-up £5,5billion for patient care.  Why was that not done?  Cameron’s friends would lose their lucrative job.  It is well know that the Tories have a very close network of friends.

PM spokesman said: “Reforms were in the pipeline to help the Government’s battle to claw back redundancy payment from staff that is then rehired.”  How does the PM spokesman make that out? If the rehiring is through an agency it will cost three times as much.

It is an open secret that a doctor cost £5,000 a day and nurses cost £1,400 a day if hired from a private agency.   One of the private agencies is Maximus.

It was reported that £5,5billion was paid to private agencies. What a ‘saving’ plus £1,4billion redundancy pay; plus £5million to outside consultants.

8,180 overseas nurses were recruited.

Where is the pledge from Cameron to reduced immigration?

Cameron promised £8billion a year to the NHS during his election campaign in 2015 but when he was elected it dwindle down to £8billion over the five years.

The voters are used to some of the pledges are not kept but the Prime Minister does not seem to keep any or hardly any of them. At the same time he still keeps promising.

The NHS is cut to the bones and now Cameron wants £22billion savings made till 2020.  As mention above the promised £8billion each year would add up to £40billion by 2020 and would put the NHS back to its full glory as it was before.

Cameron and his disciples are bent over backward to break up the NHS to introduce private insurance like America.  It would expand the insurance company and they could put up the fees.  The fatcats would be able to get mote shares in it and that is all the name of the game, in my opinion.

Then it will be like in America, if you have an insurance policy and not only that but have enough money in it you will be treated. If you cannot afford the high fees of the Insurance companies out you go, even in emergencies.

NHS BOSSES ON HIGHEST SALARIES

The biggest insult to the dedicated nurses and doctors whose one percent pay rise was refused again.  Is it wonder NHS is in a financial crisis and 50 bosses earning over £500,000?

Will their salaries be cut in the austerity plan of the Tories?!!

MIKE WALKER
:UPDATE:  4 JUNE, 2015 --- Simon Stevens, chief executive of the NHS, will cut down on employing agency staff which cost the NHS £3,3billion over the last three years which should have been done in the first year.

One question remains. Will he cut down on these high earners who obviously live a life of luxury on salaries of £500,000? The axe should fall there in the first place

Daily Mail Deputy Investigation Editor Paul Butley discovers nearly 50 hospital bosses were on a salary of over £500,000. This is now the biggest scandal this present government managed.  There is no excuse of not knowing because if the Daily Mail can find out then Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt should be aware of it. If he is not than what is he doing there?

Med Director of North Cumbria University Hospital Mike Walker is on the top of the list with £1million in 2013. Most probably even more by now.

TRICIA HART

Tricia Hart, CEO of South Tees Hospital NHS Foundation received a £35,000cccm pay rise

LORRAINE LABERT

Lorraine Lambert, CEO of South Tyne side NHS Trust, withdrew from the NHS pension scheme when her huge pension pot reached the tax free lifetime allowance limit, which was then £1.5million.

They discovered that bosses are receiving £210million a year despite financial crisis.

When the scandal broke all three parties called for an inquiry which seems to pop up at every corner costing taxpayers millions of pounds and so far every one of them proved useless. The ministers and Prime Minister should have done their job in the first place and it would have avoided many inquiries.  It would have saved a lot of money in salaries and inquiries.  That is where austerity starts.

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has failed in his job.  Does the Government really make us belief he did not know and if so what was he doing all this time? Is it not his job to find out why the NHS is in such a bad state?  All this time it was the immigrants having treatment on the NHS and disappear or the old people blocking the beds which costing thousands of pounds.    Now we know the real reason and according to the pictures not one of them have lines of stress and live a life of luxury.

A document was leaked that the Tories would axe another 2,000 nurses if they win. Nurses are already working extra hours, unpaid, if there is a shortage and they had their 1 percent pay rise refused by Cameron.

Well, they won again and Jeremy Hunt is again the Health Secretary. How could any one vote for them again after their terrible track record? Now there will be more privatisation of the NHS and more cut backs and those bosses will receive a huge pay rise.

There is no word to describe this scandal and surely the Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt and Prime Minister David Cameron knew it.

Remember the Staffordshire Hospitals where 1,500 patience died of neglect and the CEO demanded to stay on for another year to reach his £2million pay out. David Cameron agreed to it.  Therefore, he must have been aware of other CEO and their sky high salaries. He, too, should have looked into the NHS finances since it was the number one worry of the people.

After five years in office he shows a very sad result. As the saying goes “Action speaks louder than words”.

Now with the General Election coming up he “promised” to invest £8million without justifying where it supposed to come from. He must see the electoral as complete fools.  Voters had too many unfulfilled promised and must have gone wise by now.

According to DR Rose Altmann, country’s foremost pension expert, NHS bosses are able to sign off their own pay rises and take advantage of loopholes in the exceptionally generous NHS pension scheme.
